We have been buying tiles for our bathroom remodels since 2011. The customer service, patience and recommendations we received from Josephine has always been excellent. Lily is also amazing. Thank you Josephine, Ravi , Lily and team for always being there for us during our bathroom remodeling.

I have purchased several times from StoneVille and I have always been very happy. Daphne was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
Great service, simple and straightforward to order. Prices are really competitive and the quality of the porcelain slab we received was extremely high.
Order was delivered promptly with good communication throughout.
Great company to deal with and I would highly recommend them. The service and the quality of the product is top notch.

Excellent products, great customer service, quality work. We are very happy with our quartz countertops, porcelain fireplace and LVP flooring. Alex is very helpful with the entire process including change orders and on-time delivery.

Gigantic selection of nice natural stone, composite and everything in between. They sell mostly by the slab, but they do have a small selection of remnants and partial slabs you can look through. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, didn't try to push us into anything, when we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for, he even invited us to look at some of the nearby competitors (we came back though). They were also helpful connecting us to an installer. Highly recommend.

Kumar and the team at Stoneville provides exceptional service and an education for interested parties! We learned so much about porcelain countertops and the ways to protect our investment. Jenn was incredible! We made an offhand comment about how the lighting was dark when we were looking at the slabs and she had someone come over and love them into then light for us! She really put in the effort to work with us and answer any questions we had, I think she definitely helped us find our forever piece for our new countertops - most beautiful slabs of granite in the perfect colors. 11/10, easy!

Although we liked the display and selection of the Stoneville showroom and our initial interaction with Gia, who was friendly and informative, was great, I do not recommend dealing with her. She let us down badly twice. 1) She quoted a price for quartz slab. 11 days later we got back to her ready to place an order but the price had jumped $200 per slab. We asked if she would honor the original price and she said that she would talk to her manager. We lost a week going back and forth with her waiting for a reply and eventually gave up. We went through another company and got a price that was lower that the first price she quoted! 2) Gia recommended two fabricators and we went with one of them on her assurance that they were both really great. My thinking was that why would a company jeopardize customer satisfaction by recommending fabricators that weren't good. Sadly, I was wrong. There was a series of problems and the finished result was substandard. It was an awful and expensive experience. I can only think that with this sort of service she must have been getting a kickback. Two stars for the Stoneville showroom. One star for Gia.

Our contractor highly recommended this place to us. We did our research on materials for countertops and were prepared to purchase porcelain slabs. Upon arrival you check in and then a salesperson walks you through the slab yard. So much inventory to admire and consider. Our salesperson (Gayana) was extremely knowledgeable. We discussed kitchen use, durability, to book match or not and amount of slabs needed. Ultimately she recommended Quartzite. Our fabricator also agreed that Quartzite was the better choice for durability and kitchen use. We chose our three slabs and paid in full so Stoneville could hold our slabs. Stoneville does not deliver and is not responsible for any damage once the slabs leave their yard. Our fabricator was responsible for pick up. 1 year later we're extremely happy with our decision!

Great selection of products, excellent customer service. My advisor was Gia Siddiqui who was very knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations not only for my outdoor bar countertop material but also about what to be mindful of when selecting a fabricator. Will definitely go back for other products.

My husband and I were looking to upgrade our countertops from granite to a new stone. We had no idea the variety of stones that were out there. We met Gia and she is incredibly knowledgeable and has a true passion for stones! She was able to answer all our questions and gave us lots to think about. Absolute pleasure to work with and would recommend. Thank you again, Gia! We are obsessed with how the porcelain countertops turned out!
