I'm all for gender equality but today's experience was disappointing. Came to do my usual printing I did everything I usually do and my prints came out zoomed away when I asked for help all I was told its from my end I figured I had to edit the images I came to find out that wasn't it after trying again same result. this time it was all female employees last time when I was tought how to get it working was by a male employee at this point I'm just gonna go buy a printer I'm tech savvy enough to work my own.

Love this Staples due to the people. I have been trying to figure how to email corp. that their employees are great but am having trouble. Thank you Sandra for helping me for 30 min on my Christmas cards! Thank you Riley for the coupon! Thank you Zane at the register!!! I will keep on working on finding a Staples survery or something.

came to get my passport picture tuesday night and the experience was way better than burbank. the representative took my picture and actually showed me my picture and asked if i liked it before proceeding made a difference bc i left happy with a picture i paid for!

Worth the convienence if you know how to work the printers for email copies. Printers will use color print from your emailed prints. if you don't want color, change to all black and white manually. Cost double for color.

I am not sure if I got the right person but I believe her name was Michelle. I had called the location to ask about notary journals. Thankfully she found me two. I had spent all morning looking for them.

I was very pleased with Michelle's customer service. She is one of the best employee's must get Million stars..I recommend N. Hollywood staples to everyone, specially Ms. Michelle. She was very helpful, polite, nice , fantastic person and personality was Number 1.Thank you

It's an older store and the parking lot is usually a hassle. But the service itself is surprisingly good at the Copy & Print Center. They do the work quickly and while it's a busy location can usually get through the line in a decent time.

I don't know what these people are talking about saying they didn't get no service it took him half an hour for somebody to help them as soon as I walk into that store they were on me thinking I was gonna steal but no way I would never do that
