I had a terrific experience with Allan who helped me with my order. Fixtures for a bathroom. One part was back ordered and Allan bent over back wards to get me my parts on time. Ryan was an absolute joy every time I stopped by the showroom.

I did get help for final issues. I think it's just a matter of volume. If you have a lot, don't order all at once. Do separate orders for each room/project
