I went today and they have some new blue soap that stains up your hands and clothes and shoes. If you don’t get it all off it smear on chrome. I don’t know why they switched from what they had before. I won’t be coming back unless they get rid of that blue stuff that stains you like a Smurf. I will be filing a complaint with owner cuz clothes and shoes are stained

By far, one of my favorite self-service washes. Always as quick or as long as I need. Even at times where there is a wait, it is not long. Clean & no scratching every time and have brought multiple cars here.
If you don't follow the directions for card payment, you can accidentally overcharge yourself. Read, and it is simple.
Most recently, I accidentally ended my service early thinking that my machine was beeping (about to end) it was, in fact, the bay next to me. I was frustrated with the fact that I did this (and with machines in general).
The very kind and patient Winston checked in on me. I was grumpy at first, but his genuine desire to get to the bottom of my issue and calm demeanor really helped me feel at ease, and we resolved the error I had made.
I can only assume that Winston is the owner based on his professionalism, how much he cared, and his genuine disposition in creating such a positive experience. If Winston is not in fact the owner.... Dear owner/boss etc: Give this man a raise! He keeps this place running so smoothly. I looked for him to thank him when I was done, and he was already off taking care of something else.
If you read this Winston: Apologies for not accepting your help sooner. I am so used to not recieving quality customer service these days. This very genuine human to human interaction was so refreshing, and I am very thankful ?.

I visited yesterday and was surprised to find that I was charged $20 instead of the expected $2. This significant discrepancy has left me concerned and dissatisfied with the service.

Came to wash my car as I'm grabbing my payment the night time guy came at me all hostile tell me to put my music down that the neighbors called to complain. Instead of coming at people like that let them get out of their car first before pulling anything

Cheaters.
They cheat and withdraw extra money from card. I would recommend staying away from this place. This way you will save your time and money.

Great car wash..plenty of machines to get a good wash and a blower to dry it. 7 bucks gives you plenty of time.

Great place, leaves your car spotless, i had some issues with the machine and ran out of time and Chris the man working there at the time took time out of his job to assist me and helping me resolve the issue he also gave me really good advice on how to keep my car best clean
