I have been going here for 3 years. I will not go here again. Both dad and son have no clue about changes in the tax laws, they will fight you to death because they are always right when they are not. unless you are a retired baby boomer or are a straight W2 tax payer. Do not bother with this place. They dont care to hear what you have to say. Find a more educated tax prep place or youll be screwed out of whatever they charge you and the insurance they make you pay for without telling you.

This place is very unprofessional they tell you to come at 11 but they finish at 12 o'clock. I rather do my taxes somewhere eles , if been waiting here for ever

We have been doing our taxes here for years, Silvio, his wife and his son have all done our taxes at some point in the past couple of decades. I have never had an issue. They are very straight to the point and will always be honest with you. Every time we would go somewhere else there were always issues, they would charge a fortune, or something would always pop up. We went to one well known chain, ended up with a $300.00 refund, they then decided that was the cost they would charge us for doing our taxes. It was issues like that, that we stuck with who we knew would do a better job and be reasonable. Never had an issue.

They messed up on my taxes then charged me to get them fixed i have to pay for there oversight. HORRIBLE SERVICE Don silvio is the one that made the error on my income and he still says because it took his time. Would tell people to stay away

Had an appointment 3/17 at 1 PM with Julio. No one greeted me. There was no clear sign in sheet. Granted, it was busy (Saturday afternoon) but it bothered me that no one assisted me. It was my first time here & didn't know their process/procedure, where to go or who to talk to. I arrived early (about 12:30-ish) & finally at 1:20 PM I left. But all that time, no one once asked how they could help me, what I was here for & it was bothersome. I sat & watched the woman at the desk near the TV talk to everyone around me BUT me. People were called & people who got there after me were seen. I can't even rate their service because no one served me. Literally writing this in the parking lot behind the building next to the 7-11. If someone from there wants to say they tried to assist me, that's a lie. They can check their cameras. I'm so upset. Zero stars.

I've been coming to golden tax service for a few years now. The service here is unbeatable. Darma prepared my taxes this year. She was incredibly helpful and insightful. She was very thorough and asked many questions to make sure my taxes were in order. I'm very pleased with my visit today. Thank You Darma!
