Saba is a very nice person and he worked hard to get me what I wanted. We were there for 6 hours. He worked for us for 6 hours, nonstop! He did whatever he could to make it happen, fed us, hydrated us, joked with us, trying to keep the mood light and I never saw him get frustrated or give up.
Now for the rest of the place........

This dealership is amazing!!!! They are ready to help out their customers and their professionalism is amazing. If you think they don’t want to help you, you are completely mistaken. I was communicating with Moe for a few days before I came in. From the moment I came in, Moe greeted me and said Jorge will help me out with everything, especially showing me the new car and taking it for a test drive. Both Jorge and Moe made sure I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. Prior to me coming in Moe asked me how much I wanted to put down and how much monthly payments I wanted to have. He made sure to keep it in the price range of what I wanted. They are amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales team! I am going to refer everyone I know to them and I will be back! They are amazing.

I recently came with my family in hopes to find a new van. The overall experience didn't go well, they have so much personal yet nobody cared to offer us a cup of water or anything really. They were so rude, they only started as if we were beneath them. I went with my children, jet lagged from a long trip and I didn't look my best in appearance as you can imagine. The person who tried to help couldn't but he kept giving us the run a around, never really showing me prices on paper I was looking for other options and they didn't seem to really help. Thank god we did end up buying a new car from another Honda Galpin. They need to work on their customer service, ethics as well which is first line of the foundation in selling any product to a client. A warm smile goes a long way remember those are free. Good luck.

Wife and I visited late in the day. Salesperson Rodolfo was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and believe me very patient with us. Both Rodolfo and manager Josh really went above and beyond in trying to earn our business which at the end paid off. Walked out at 11:30 pm with new HR-V. VERY SATISFIED!
