All the Smooth On product and expertise in one place. Very large selection of casting materials and supplies. We had to drive in from OC so we were glad they had safe parking and restrooms.

This place is amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful, a very nice lady , I think her name was jordin,I remember she had a KORN Necklace, helped me out, I bought $30 worth of stuff and she treated me like if I was spending thousands of dollars, very informative, accommodating and patient. There was some items that I needed that they didnt have so they sent me to a place that did have them, I would absolutely shop here again and recommend this place to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I called this store looking for something self leveling that did not take as long to cure as epoxy resin. I briefly explained my project and was told XTC-3D would be a good fit. I skimmed a YouTube video and excitedly headed to the store, driving from Santa Clarita. MIND. BLOWN. Upon entering the store. I was totally expecting a drab Dunn Edwards vibe, but this place is INCREDIBLE! The examples of product uses are phenomenal, and the customer service is unmatched. I went home and watched the full XTC-3D video I had previously skimmed and called the store back, to confirm I was understanding everything and had a good plan of action. Ricky was so sweet and took the time to reassure me and offered some pointers I never would have thought about as a newbie.I'm currently battling cancer and making things is such a positive outlet for me- I want to learn it all! I think the mold making class would be awesome, especially with such friendly and knowledgeable instructors.I honestly can't say enough good things or thank the staff enough for setting me up to succeed!

I wanted additional data regarding a casting process for one of my model building projects so I call the company hoping to receive guidance and was not disappointed. The employee I spoke with (on Thursday 19 January) patiently answered all of questions and alleviated the fear I may be buying an incorrect product. In addition, when I picked up the product on Saturday 21 January I received even more comforting assurance from a man and woman at the counter. I didn't enjoy the almost 1 hour drive from Torrance to Burbank however in the long run it was a worthy trek. In other words, I received great customer service. Invoice # 5393302.0Order # 3412291.0

I had a dream to cast the concrete curb that Exene Cervanka and John Doe of the L.A. punk bands X scribed their initials in back in 1980. It still exists in front of their former West Hollywood apartment. I live in Fort Lauderdale and planned this trip to every last detail. I had my calculations in hand and had already ordered my silicone casting supplies from Reynolds Advanced Materials. It wasn't until I landed into L.A. and tool the curb's actual measurements that I discovered that I need more material. To my rescue came the amazing Nicole at Reynolds Advanced Materials! She was so pleasant and understanding as I updated my order and asked a million questions. She was so courteous and looked up the specification sheets for all the products I was using. She even helped with calculations! My project came out fantastic, and I have Nicole to thank! I would also like to put in a good word for Mio in technical support and Tracey, who made me feel like one of the local professionals. Plus, we got to talk a little about 80's music! Thanks to all!

Store staff is really friendly and knowledgeable about how to use the products, and the quality of this kind of service is what you absolutely have to make the trip to the physical store to get. In particular, Alex at the front desk walked me through my entire project and suggested materials that would work. I don't have the experience that I felt I should have, but knowing there's people here at the store that I can consult gives me so much more confidence in starting with working with resins and urethanes. This store is such a great place not just for this level of service but also for getting to see and feel actual samples of product, alongside inspiring displays of amazing design pushed to the limits! If you visit, don't miss checking out the moving, breathing dragon at the door!

Very cool place indeed. But the customer service is the worst I've ever received. All due to a face diaper obsession. I get it, some people and places can't let go even though everyone else moved on in the world. But I couldn't even take in how cool this place was for a second because I was attacked the minute I walked in. Even after I put on the mask they forced on me, they were still completely rude even though no attitude was given from me. But I guess I would always be in a bad mood too if I was refused oxygen all day at work. Such a shame. Guess I'll just have to plan better and order all my smooth-on products online again.And I'm sorry, I don't care what your beliefs are. Bad service is still bad service. And there's never a good reason to be nasty and short with people.

I could never say enough good things about Reynolds. I am a sculptor new to molding and casting in urethane and the staff were extremely patient and knowledgeable regarding my many questions. They gave me solid advice on the process and I was able to complete the work the same evening. I look forward to many more trips.
