They did an amazing job for a repair that I had doubts for. Car honestly looks brand new, and there is seriously no way you can tell ANY damage was done to the car. Peter and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and satisfactory, and I am extremely grateful for all their help.

Peter and Angel were courteous, professional, the work done on my vehicle was good and fast. Pro tip, pay for the parts ahead of time if you still want your vehicle. Once the parts were in, they had me in and out in just a few days.
Work was great, price was fair, would highly recommend this team.

ProColor Collision did an absolute superior job on our 2019 Chevy Camaro limited edition, customized vehicle. After getting horrible work at several other collision repair shops, Angel put us at ease, and handled the entire process professionally from beginning to end. Pro Color responded nearly immediately to every inquiry, and pushed info vs us having to pull it from them. I will recommend anyone and everyone who needs auto-body work to them. A+ workmanship. They are very unprofessional. 1. They never do things when they say they are going to do them. I had to call and e-mail them to remind them of things that they promised. 2. They get an attitude when you request paperwork regarding your vehicle. Every place that has ever taken a vehicle of mine has always had at least one document that they provided when they took possession of my vehicle. After having worked with them I believe this is because they do not want a Papertrail. They have several e-mail addresses that they give you and they never reply back. They even go by two names, they are also called ProColor Collision - North Holllywood. It looks like they are because of the bad reviews. 3. They joy ride in the vehicle. I took a picture of my odometer before I gave them my vehicle and both times the reading showed 30 miles more than what it should have been. My car only went in for a paint job, so there is no logical reason why they would need to drive my car more than a couple of times around the lot. 4. When I got my car back it wreaked of cigarettes, heavy cologne, and severely hellish body odor. 5. They failed to complete the work the first time and had a bad attitude about having to fix it even though it was their failure. The car was not smooth in areas and I sent them pictures. They still wanted to act like it was a minor thing that they would take up more of my time and have me without my vehicle again. Primarily I worked with Peter and Angel and they both were equally terrible. I suggest that you look elsewhere, they will make sure that you have a terrible time working with them.

One of the best services I've ever received was at reliable .I crashed my car on the freeway, a hopeless situation .I called my insurance and they referred me to reliable who sent a tow truck in less the 30 min to pick up my car and gave me the best estimate and provided me with a rental all in the same day .within 3 weeks my car was repaired emasculate. With reliable collision ur in good Hands.

Angel and Angel Jr. live up to their names. I got estimates at 2 other shops which were ridiculously expensive. The bumper HAD to be replaced. The light HAD to be replaced. I took it to Reliable and Angel said he'd see if they could "pop it out and buff." That's what they did and it's perfect. I am blown away by a business that is old school, honest, and quick. 4 - 5 days turned into 45 minutes. I have already referred a friend and will continue to do so. Please support this business! This is when you say the shop deserves the name! I am a huge car collector and this is the only place I will be taking my cars from now on, Though this wasn't for a classic car, it was for My Wife's lease return, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and let me Tell you if I returned the car the way it was , I'd lose an arm And leg in the fees assessed ... However fortunately my friend recommended this shop, and wow they have the best customer service , my car look better than It did out of the dealer , they detailed it for me to, yes I will I bring more cars here ,yes!!! do I recommend it to anyone, yes!!, price was Amazing!!!! Yes!!!I don't know what more to say except thank you for your amazing work ... I couldn't have had a better experience .
