This time I booked my appointment in advance and all went smoothly, short wait time as well as courteous rep. So, considering my last visit two weeks prior was terrible as a walk in with a 3 hour wait and having to leave w/o being tested and a somewhat rude employee not showing any concern for the wait time I'll say, BOOK IN ADVANCE!

This place is an absolute joke. The wait time is ridiculous even with an appointment. I waited 3 hours to be seen.
Suite 511 is a no go. All for blood work. Over 3 hours wait. Find somewhere else to go. They clearly don't care about their patients.

I had a lady named Daisy and I specifically asked her to use a small needle since I come to this location once a month because I’m on Accutane I am aware that you guys have small needles and instead of using a small needle she pulled out a straight gauge and decided to take my blood, which was not what I asked for. I have small veins and I have no food and no water, when I usually come to this location, there is a very nice Hispanic tall man who takes my blood and when I ask him for a small needle, there is never an issue quest diagnostics is there to help take customers test you should accommodate for the customer if the customer knows that they have small veins customer service part of your business. If the people you hire are unaware of that as Daisy stated this was only her third month there then you don’t need to be in this field because this field is very personal.

Matilda Luna came from Quest Mobile and she was fantastic. I have a phobia of needles in my arm and she was happy to take the sample from my hand instead. I hope to get her anytime I need to have labwork done.

LINETTE THE TECHNICIAN AT THE OFFICE I VISITED IS AS PROFESSIONAL AS ANY OF THE OTHER QUESTLABS I FREQUENT. (ALTHOUGH MY HOME QUESTLAB IS 2601 W ALAMEDA #114 BURBANK BECAUSE MY DOCTOR'S IN THAT BUILDING) & MY OTHER DR IS IN THE BLDG NEXT DOOR

I wasn't able to make an appointment for the time I needed so I did a walk-in appointment. I was seen quickly, and was out of there so much faster than I'd anticipated! Ernie was very kind and gentle when he drew my blood, it barely hurt and I have no bruising.
The facility was very clean and welcoming. Definitely going to this location again the next time!
