If you’re passionate about cars and appreciate a meticulous clean, this body shop is a dream come true. Their attention to details are incredible and they always exceed expectations. Rick and Steph have great customer service. I used them once before about 10 yrs ago and had just as a great of an experience then as I did this time. My 12 yr old car looks new again! Would definitely recommend them!!!

THEE BEST auto body shop. The service is superb. Their attention to detail, accuracy, friendly and royal service doesn't compare to any other place. Ricky and Stephanie are super attentive and we go out of their way to accommodate car rental, calling a tow truck and getting you back on the road. I have been coming here for years. This review is way over due. Highly, highly recommended. 20 stars if I could give them.

They dont deserve 5 starts,,they deserve a million stars First both Rick and Steph will treat you with respect no matter who you are or where you came from that alone makes you feel like a family..Every step of the way every communication with the insurance they will help you and guide you through the process..Very knowleadgable in their business they definitely know how to treat customers right..Wait till you get you car back you wont recognize it coz it looks brand new again..All people from all walks of life they treat the same and with that they earn my respect and my business..Highly reccommend this good people..Prudential is the best

High quality, fair pricing, and professional. Great deal on rental car if needed when your vehicle is being repaired. Other shops "save" you money by using parts from junk yards, used parts,etc. NOT HERE. You get new parts from the brand of your vehicle. They fix all vehicles. I noticed a large amount of European vehicles but also saw plenty of Toyotas and Hondas. The office manager Stephanie, is responsive, professional, and empathetic. She gets the ball rolling ASAP with insurance. The owner Rick, personally quality checks the vehicles. I appreciate that. They operate with transparency, fair pricing, and excellent quality of repairs. On a side note they also do detailing which is meticulously done. My vehicle looks exceptional.
