Is it me or do co-workers here avoid making eye contact with you in order to not help you out? I feel like I burden co-workers with my dumb questions whenever I come here. I finally asked an associate for help and he took me to the trees I was looking for. Before, I turned around to ask him if there were any different styles, he was gone.

I tried calling to see if they have something in gardening that I'm looking for. After 15 minutes on line and being transferred all over the store, I finally hung up. Also, every time I go there no one in the gardening section seems to know anything about what they have. They used to have a great gardening section, but it has deteriorated over the years. Also, their phone system is inadequate, and there are too few qualified employees to handle the volume of business.

We wanted to get scrap pieces for free. Someone said they either let you take it for free or they charge. The manager said they send the scraps back to the company and they get credit back. She said we can't have it for fee. PETTY!!! Plus we had to cut the lumbar ourselves. One guy that didn't even work in the lumbar section looked real bothered while helping.

This review is for Lisa B. and Carter. 5 stars, 100% because.Lisa B. in the flooring section, was amazing.!!!!! She spent so much time with us, we had many questions regarding artificial turf. Now to Carter, assistant manager.when we first walked in the store my experience was not good.My husband and I went to the flooring department to look at the artificial turf. There were three employees talking, and not one acknowledged us after five minutes, I then said excuse me, may I speak to the manager one of the female says I'm an assistant manager, I said oh we've been standing here and no one helped us, she said oh I didn't see you there. Well, of course you did and your back was to us. To me she had an attitude so I asked for a store manager and she left and the store manager never came. I saw this gentleman who turned out to be an assistant manager, Carter, he helped us with a a lot of questions. He was amazing. He then turned us over to Lisa B to continue to help us because he had to attend another customer. Bravo to Home Depot for hiring two great people that have awesome customer skills. Home Depot. Thank youCarter and Lisa B. Thank you so much for the outstanding service.

Went into the store becuase I read on Home Depot's website that they price match. It was for a Mikita jigsaw. They told me they don't do price matching with 3rd party sellers on Amazon, and even after I told them it was through Mikitas official store on Amazon, I was still denied. As I was walking away, the manager was like, don't you want to buy it? I'm like no, I am buying it on Amazon. Also, after looking through a few other item I wanted to buy, I found thier prices were so marked up. I went to Lowes after that and found thier prices the same as Amazon.

I love this place! The adult toy store. Do they have everything I can spin hours in there? It's getting nothing for everything just to do it just to have it. I need to work the register they suck takes too long to pay.

"850 Visual Look"- Watch the melanin blessed peopleWhat a welcome to my new neighborhood. Walked around the entire store looking for window film and to have keys made. Finally found the key guy and while we wait on the associate to help they send security I guess to see why we were standing there so long. Maybe they don't like Wu-Tang t-shirts. Ask your associate what took so long. Looks like I'll drive the extra couple of miles to visit another location.

Did a bit of planting today after a trip to our local Home Depot. Great selection of plants, trees, fertilizers and more. The store is always organized and well stocked. I have been coming here for the last 25 years. Somehow never checked in or wrote a review. Customer service in need of improvement for a while now.

Another great curbside pick up. I love this HD! Second online purchase with curbside pick this month and both were seamless. The first time I dealt with Elva. The second time Derin and Melissa assisted me. All three were amazing... patient, friendly, extremely helpful and professional. This is not the closest HD to my house but I enjoy shopping here because of the outstanding employees. The easy parking helps, too!

Curbside pickup is permanently broken. There's no way to use the links in the delivery email to notify the store you're outside. In the end, after waiting forever, you end up having to wait through the return line inside to get anyone to find your order. It takes longer to do a curbside order than to buy the items yourself in-store. I've tried two different phones, different browsers and had the same problem last November when I tried. I thought surely this would have been fixed, but Home Depot is very poorly managed, particularly in their exec roles. Home Depot excels at losing money and the fact curbside pickup has never worked is normal. I showed the associates in the store how impossible it was to use and there's nothing they can do. Worse is Home Depot has removed a third of it's parking from its California stores to store expensive rental vehicles which are never used. Since they refuse to keep day laborers out of their parking lots, it's made it impossible to find a parking spot, even in the early morning when the stores aren't busy. The best parking in the lots has all been removed since the pandemic began and I never see the vehicles moved between visits. The takeaway is that Home Depot only exists if you need something urgently and can't get it anywhere else or online. It ceased being fun to shop years ago and they hate feedback of any kind. How this company makes any money is a mystery.

Iam a contractor & I really like home depot but the ↑↑pro desks! !!! Service is terrible they will apply they policy when ever they want, they not flexible to work with people. Maggy from pro desk a terrible person to work with
