I have been very happy with Polaris, I went to many different cabinet stores around Los Angeles before deciding on them, I was very pleased with quality of their products and the service. It’s a family business, and Arman who owns the company with his family personally helped me, he was alway available, came to my residence a few times to make measurements, gave me valuable advice, and checked on the work to make sure it got done well, I was very happy with using them.

Went there on a Saturday . No one came up to me to see if I wanted help . I think they had one employee working there who pretty much ignored me (he was helping another customer) I interrupted him and asked him if anyone else was working there . He said no and turned to me . The lady he was helping tells me that he is helping her. I tell her I am not trying to take him away from her but I need another salesperson . Instead of saying like please be patient as no one else around or I will try to get you another salesperson, he goes back to her . We waited another five minutes being ignored and we left. Needless to say , they lost my business . I am remodeling my bathroom

This place is undergoing a remodel and product is unavailable. Don't waste your time driving out there, it's a mess. It should be closed until they are finished. Be advised, stay away.

We found Polaris online and looked at all the vanity and fixtures they had great selection and variety of styles. So we went to the Show Room and it exceeded our expectation. We were immediately greeted by Sandra. She was very courteous. she was also very knowledgeable . We ended up buying two vanities, which will be picking up in a month .most of their vanities are ready within a week. Also I've decided when we decide to redo our kitchen I'm definitely getting my cabinets at Polaris . they made us feel at ease, and they really helped us to pick the best vanities. they also have a great selection of tiles and flooring and fixtures.

I did a complete remodel on my kitchen and was a little lost on where to begin. I went to a few other places firs and the service was horrible, so decided to stop in to Polaris on a whim as I was driving by thank god I did. Sandra was amazing, I gave her some ideas of what I liked and then she went to town doing a layout for me. I LOVED the visual presentation since it gave me clear picture of exactly how the kitchen would look, Sandra was so great in helping me make few changes. The turnaround from the time I walked into the showroom to getting drawings was so fast and she was so responsive to all of my emails. Polaris was super patient with me since I had to order the kitchen to allow for the rest of the remodel and the cabinets came in way before I was ready and they held them until I was ready. All of my correspondence with Robert was great he managed the whole process once we started to install the cabinets, countertops and backsplash. There was a situation where the installers of the countertops asked us if we wanted waterfall and my husband said yes. My husband was not involved in picking out the kitchen so he did not know any of the details. When he advised me I thought I am not sure I paid for waterfall but did not go back and check figuring maybe I did and thought nothing of it. After everything was done, Sandra advised me that I had not paid for the waterfall and there was a charge of $4400 for the labor. Well since I had not asked for them and it was a communication error on their end I did not feel that I should pay for them, there was no haggling Sandra advised me she would talk to the owner and get back to me. Happy to say they covered the expense and I was not charge and there was nothing I had to do. I just want to say that it was refreshing not to have to go back and forth and fight with them, they really stepped up and did the right thing. I would totally recommend them to anyone that is on the fence. The kitchen came out amazing. I LOVE IT

The product from this company is superior! I have done three of my Airbnb's with them and just finished doing my home kitchen! Arman is a delight to work with, and I'm looking forward to our designing future together!!!

Sandra was really great to work with from beginning to end. She was very patient in helping me design my new kitchen and laundry room. She took the time to answer all of my questions and came up with really creative ideas/options to work within my budget. More importantly, she was always responsive and communicated with me every step of the way, from deliveries to installation. I highly recommend Polaris and Sandra to anyone who is thinking of renovating.

Polaris team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it was a delight to work with them. Arman and his team designed and installed cabinet and countertop quicker than expected. The project was seamless and absolutely beautiful.

Polaris built and installed a beautiful stone vanity in our bathroom at a reasonable cost. They were wonderful to work with, professional, and on time. I highly recommend them to anyone working on their home.

Polaris was a great company to work with through the whole experience. They were very timely and responsive to any and all requests and questions.
