What good is a smart phone if it doesn't work properly? Well mine does now thanks to Gary...I had to do a factory restore on my unlocked galaxy. I use simple mobile as my provider. so I called the store to find out that they were a authorized retailer, and yes they are. My problem was that I needed my browser restored because at this point all my phone was good for was text and calls. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Gary. I told him what my problem was and handed him my phone . I told him my phone number and he got right to work on it. Less than five minutes later my phone was smart again. So I asked Gary how much I owed him for his service and he said there's no charge! Wow... That kind of service service deserves a good yelp review...

Love these guys. They have been my go to place to activate my phone service and troubleshoot my phone issues. Silly of me to try another retailer to purchase a Sim card from another retailer. The Sim they sold me was too big for my phone...I went to PLaza thinking I had to buy a micro SIM and one of the staff memebers grabbed some contraption and shaved down the size so it could fit....they even double checked my settings for free. They are honest and hardworking...if you have a cell phone issue don't hesitate to check this place out.

Stopped by with a friend to pay a bill by In & Out burgers. I had a few questions and answered all of them. Real nice guy i'm not sure if he was the owner and gave me a real good price for an iphone. He also has the basic stuff that you need for you cell phone too. Check them out if you're in the NoHo area.
