Omg I came in my nails were a mess, Jen was very kind and respected the integrity of my nail. Two of my nails broke from having done dip powder which I will never do again, it was done at a scum spot. So when Jen seen my nails she saved them so I got to keep 8 of my natural nails and two are gel x so they still looked even and beautiful. I will definitely come back here

Seems like a beginner did my nails.... My nail salon is closed since they are on vacations. A tomboy is the one that did my nails. They were not filed down at the edges so it looks like my nails are coming off. She charged me $55 for full set with gel. Definetely not coming back or recommending!Service: Acrylic nails

I am very disappointed! and upset! I have come here many times in the past and have not had any issues with my pedis, that is why I continued to come. But today, was a very upsetting experience. Not only was it unethical but unprofessional to have some person handle my pedicure NOT KNOWING WHAT SHE WAS DOING! After she buffed my nails, she decided to put lotion on my feet, UNWASHED , UN RINSED PROCEDDING TO NEXT STEP! put my gel color on. Then once I said what she was doing, she decided to use cuticle softener to scrub my feet , WITH NO WATER and no rinse! I had them stop and was still charged $30.00 for a job not done properly! I paid but will be disputing my charge with the bank! DONT PRACTICE ON REAL CUSTOMERS, PRACTICE ON YOUR OWN FEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND IM NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!Service: Pedicure

Like this place everyone is so friendly had me and my mom laughing all the time while doing our pedi's Hanna does a good job with my nails... but it is a small place and a bit crowded

I'm on a mission to find a decent nail salon in the area, despite the appearance. However this is the last time I give a place the "benefit of the doubt ". Ugh frustrating. This place says yes to everyone and has them waiting for hours. I waited almost that. I suggest if you Don't have the staff or any appointments available, simply tell the customer that. However I did have an appointment that was pushed back. This place is very unorganized and charges for every little thing. More than most places. And the work is mediocre. I could've done this at home unfortunately

More than 3 hours for a pedi and full set. Only one person does hands. The older lady took an hour and 15 minutes on my pedicure. Definitely only a last minute go to kind of place. Ridiculous.
