Absolutely don't take your pet to this grooming location. They didn't communicate with me a pick up time had to keep checking in with them when my dog would be done. I told him I needed her done by 4:30 the latest. I finally called them at 5:30 when they decided to answer the phone and they say she's done by the time I got over there my dog was left alone in the dark. The lack of professionalism and communication will be the reason why I will never come back to this Petco location. Sticking to Sherman Oaks it's way better.

I was initially anxious about bringing my precious 4-month-old pup, Ranger, to the groomers for the first time. However, from the moment I stepped in, the staff's warmth and reassurance immediately put me at ease. They not only listened to my concerns but also provided invaluable advice, especially regarding Ranger's fear of the dryer near his face.After his grooming session, I received a call from Gus, who couldn't have delivered better news - Ranger had done "amazingly" well. And when I finally laid eyes on him, it was like witnessing a runway debut; he looked absolutely stunning. Gus's exceptional grooming skills left me mesmerized, and I'm already counting down the days until Ranger's next appointment.Upon returning home, Ranger seemed transformed - happier, more playful, and surprisingly, even more comfortable with me brushing his face. I can't thank the team enough for their professionalism and talent. Their grooming service truly exceeded all my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to every pet owner seeking top-notch care for their furry companions.
