I rented a knee scooter and a battery powered mobility scooter and my experience was great! They delivered right to our hotel and gave us all the info we needed for operation. The battery in the electric scooter was amazing!

When my mom became depended on oxygen this was the first place that google recommended when I need an oxygen concentrator. They have been really nice to me and my mom giving her what she needs. We have got everything here they got a lot of great supplies. Thank you guys for all your help ?

My 15 year old son sprained his ankle the night before we flew from Texas to California for a long weekend. We had A LOT of walking planned and I thought crutches would wear him out. I decided to try to rent a wheelchair we could have as a backup. Because of the time difference between TX and CA, the lateness of his injury, and the early time of our flight, I couldn’t contact anyone at People’s Care. I took the chance that they would have something available and be able to deliver it to our hotel. I placed the order and sent them an email around 6:30am CST. By the time our plane landed in Burbank, I had an email from People’s Care saying that our wheelchair had been delivered to our hotel. I was so impressed with this service. We ended up not using the wheelchair much but the price was very reasonable and the wheelchair was in great shape, easy to use, and easy to transport in the trunk of our rental car. Thank you for giving me that peace of mind on our trip!

As a first time renter this was a great experience! I called and spoke with Sandra several times about the rental and making sure I got what I needed. She was very helpful! I was beyond grateful for the prices, other places wanted to charge double for a one day rental. Drop off and pick up handled with care. The gentleman who delivered was great. He explained how to break it down and put it back together. The scooter worked great, held the charge for a long time. I can’t wait to rent for my next adventure.

Update: Carlos called me immediately and refunded me the $40. He was very nice and professional. I did not rate a 5 star because scooters were not disinfected. I appreciate him taking the time to reach out to me and being honest that he did not mention the delivery fee. He stated he will be retaining his staff, which I appreciate so what happened to us doesn’t happen to someone else. Thank you Carlos!
If I could give a zero I would. I booked 2 scooters for Universal Studios. I was told it was $75 each so $150. I was not told there was a $20 delivery for each. I asked if there was a charge for calling and not giving 24 hr notice. He said no. He did not said there was a delivery fee. (I rented from another company in Anaheim and it was free delivery). Their policy is to sanitize and clean the scooter. When I got mine, there was caramel stuck on the seat, on the floorboard, and it was filthy. My husband’s scooter was not sanitized, and it was dirty. I was told that the delivery person could meet me where we were being dropped off by Lyft. Driver was upset we could not go to him when I was told he would come to us. He rode one scooter to me and then had my husband who could barely walk follow him to get the other one. He did not remember where he parked and had my husband walking all over the parking lot, more than he should. Then he remembered where he parked it and told my husband to wait for him at the parking garage he was at. He went to get the scooter. He got it to my husband. We wasted half hr. Then today I called to dispute the $40 service charge and lady told me they can not accommodate delivering to us. They drop off at a specific location. I said that was not what I was told. She said well we got the scooters to you anyway, so she did not see the problem. I asked why delivery was just not $20 instead $40 when it was a family and being dropped off at the same place. She said it’s per scooter. I told her customer should be told of extra charges. I did not see anything on website. States scooters $75 a day. It should say $75 a day/delivery fee.She said that if I would have rented 4 days delivery would be free. I advised her I was disputing it on my cc for not being told and not having sanitized scooters delivered. She said okay.

This team is so great! They are easy to work with and I appreciate how helpful the staff was. I rented a scooter to go to Disneyland because I sprained my ankle 3 days before my trip. Their helpfulness made my visit to Disneyland possible. Thanks to Anthony for his excellent service.

I requested a 3-wheel scooter but received a 4-wheel scooter, so I spent the week having to be pushed around in my wheelchair because the scooter was too big and clunky to maneuver. If I can't be guaranteed to receive what I requested then I guess I will have to rent equipment from somewhere else.

Very professional! When the website was not working Carlos took my order over the phone. Very helpful. We will definitely use People’s Care when we are in the Oxnard area next time. :)
