This pharmacy has closed. I called and Walgreens has taken over. Not sure what to do about compounded prescriptions , as Walgreen's is not a compounding pharmacy.

They have a great compounding service and were quick in filling specialized orders for my cat. And the people who run it are super sweet. Also the prices were comparable to ordering it online. I would much rather give my money to a local family than to some big online corporation when the prices are essentially the same

I am absolutely furious. For three days in a row, this pharmacy has been closed. I have prescriptions with them that are critical for my life and safety and those prescriptions have been locked up inside for three days. Each day, I thought, "They'll be open tomorrow." But now it is SATURDAY and I've been five days without my medication (the first two are my fault, but that's still no excuse). They're not open on Sunday. Which means the soonest I'd be able to get my medication is Monday. I'm now frantically trying to contact my doctor to see if there's anything he can do. No notice at all that the store will be closed. Just a sign that goes up same day. No way that's legal for something as important as a pharmacy. I have put up with this business' unprofessional records keeping, preparedness and service before thinking that's just the price you pay for a locally owned business, which I wanted to support. But this is beyond the pale. I have a call into them to get my medications transferred, but I'm not holding out any hope they'll suddenly start caring about the lives of their customers/patients. Absolutely shameful. If I kill myself because I don't have my meds, I hope someone in my family sues this place into oblivion.

I'm pretty unhappy about this pharmacy. I was in need of a medication and put in an order. I called them four days later and was told that they never ordered the medication. This is pretty unacceptable as they told me they would order this and have it ready in two days. Take your business somewhere else.

The pharmacist here is lovely, patient, knowledgeable and committed to getting you the medication you are prescribed for a reasonable price when it's not covered by insurance. She has helped me several times figure out the best way to get my medications using GoodRx and coupons. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes when bringing in prescriptions for same day fills. I can't speak highly enough of this place and will go out of my way to work with Riverside Pharmacy instead of bringing my business to a Rite-Aid or CVS, which are staffed with insufferable pr!cks these days:)

My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and I went to this pharmacy to have her prescription filled. I have anthem Blue Cross insurance and she told me that the medication was not covered by my insurance and it would be $318 for 30 pills.I was a little surprise so I went to the CVS by my house in Hollywood and they filled the prescription for the cost of five dollar co-pay. Why this pharmacy is still in business I will never know. We have had nothing but underhanded behavior by the owner Grace over the past 20 years. Please stay away from this pharmacy.

Friendly and helpful! I've picked up my prescriptions from here before, but this time I went to have a prescription compounded for my cat. She was prescribed Famotidine (Pepcid AC) for her nausea; however, administering jagged pills was such a battle with my 'opinionated' cat--most times the mission was a bust hence I was wasting her pills. Im so glad I made the decision to compound her medication here--being able to actually administer her meds has made all of the difference in the world! Definitely worth the money to see my beloved kitty feeling better! Also, this place has a lot of essentials amidst the pandemic. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic place! It is the complete opposite of CVS and other big name pharmacies in that it is efficient, relaxing, and the pharmacist is incredibly nice. There is classical music playing, and little chairs set up for those who are waiting. It is such a relief to know I can actually feel comfortable and not on edge when I am filling my medication.

Wonderful pharmacy and customer service! My baby needs specialty compounded medication. It takes time to make and I forgot to call for the refill. They took the time to make it in the afternoon and I picked it up a few minutes after closing when it was ready. They know me by name and are always so helpful. A great neighborhood pharmacy for all of my prescription needs!

I love how honest and helpful the pharmacist and cashier were! They made sure they got my prescription ready very fast. The pharmacist also recommended a cheaper over the counter as one of the medicine was very expensive - she was super mindful and helpful. Very kind!

The service provided here was exceptional! Grace not only met but exceeded what I call good customer service. She went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Let me take a moment to explain. I originally went to a compound pharmacy in Beverly Hills for that is where my dr was located. This for 2 different medications. I then got my prescription transferred over to a different pharmacy closer to where I live and they did not sound like they knew what they were doing. After that, I called 3 different pharmacies in Glendale, they all called to get my prescription transferred over and they all called me to tell me they are missing an ingredient and that they would not be able to have my medication ready when I need it. I finally called Riverside and spoke to Grace. She is the only one that caught the fact that the prescription the pharmacy was sending over was the wrong one. Not one of the other three caught the name I was giving them but we're going based on whatever prescription was being sent over. Grace then took it upon herself to call the original pharmacy and get the correct prescription transferred over and and filled for me. Wow! Thank you Grace for going above and beyond. I wish more people cared about what they do as much as you do.

My neighborhood pharmacy and I couldn't be happier about that. Grace and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They fill the orders quickly and efficiently :)
