“This morning I knew I needed to come in and get an oil change and remembered I pasted this Valvoline location on my way to something else the other day. I thought I'd check it out this morning to see how they were since I looked at the previous reviews on Google.

I must say I am thoroughly impressed with how well things went this morning. No wait, no issues and great service all around from the three lovely workers that were there this morning. I unfortunately didn't get their names, but I just want to say thank you to the lady and two gentlemen that helped out with my car.

I can tell they value their job/customers very much and all of them were so attentive to each detail during this oil change. The oil change does come with some extra things that may be required for them to check, but they tell you about it first and ask if you would like it done. So there isn't any discrepancies on the bill at the end. Bonus, they helped me with a few other things I was needing to get done in my car extremely fast. When they said you'll be out of there in 15 minutes that isn't a lie. I got there at 8ish and left at exactly 8:15am.

I can say i'll definitely be back again and again because they made my first time here and 10/10”

“This is my 3rd time using OE Auto. Richard and Eric really helped me out.

Had a different issue with my car (Toyota hybrid) I’ve never had before this past weekend and Richard really helped me understand what was going on. Also, broke down the cost, labor and gave me a great deal.

I paid with cash and they gave me another discount.

I am a rider share driver part time so my car gets a lot of wear and tare. So, they got it up and running way quicker than I expected.

“Love this place! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner. I told him what my concerns were and he recommended the best fit for my needs. He customized a wash for me, because what I wanted didn't fit into one of their pre-laid out washes. I wanted to shampoo out some interior upholstery spots but didn't want to come out of pocket on a full interior shampoo. He hooked it up! And price was solid. He did it himself with the help of another employee. Afterwards he said the spots could not come out in only one shampoo and said to bring the car back the next day to have it shampooed again for free. Brought the car back the next day and he immediately remembered me and did the interior AGAIN at no extra cost. Car looks brand new again and I didn't lose a fortune on it. The owner is not pushy, he's experienced. Follow his good advice. He's not trying to up sell you, he is applying his knowledge to get you the best wash for your needs. You can tell he is happy to be in the business he is in. I respect that ten fold and will be back. There is also a punch card system to earn free washes. I got two punches for my modified wash! Go here immediately!”
