This is my 3rd time using OE Auto. Richard and Eric really helped me out.
Had a different issue with my car (Toyota hybrid) I’ve never had before this past weekend and Richard really helped me understand what was going on. Also, broke down the cost, labor and gave me a great deal.
I paid with cash and they gave me another discount.
I am a rider share driver part time so my car gets a lot of wear and tare. So, they got it up and running way quicker than I expected.
Another 10/10 experience.

Did my brakes yesterday—clearly a very honest and straightforward mechanic and human. He called me mid way to tell me about my rotor deficiencies (which I was aware of) and finished the job in the scheduled, allotted time that he promised. Highly recommend & will be returning

My Eclipse Spyder's engine gave out so on a referral i gave Richard a go and to say im impressed would be a gross miscarriage of justice. He took control of the process from the get go and made sure my car got a new engine with lower miles than i could find and all the other things that were needing to be fixed he did swiftly and always keeping me in the loop. He's since worked on my fiance's Lexus as well and does an incredible job. The lexus lost the power steering pulley and he found it lodged behind the exhaust which he could have easily kept from me and charged me for a new one. He's very concerned with doing it right and when a couple small issues (it was a full engine replacement) like sensors and small things like that came up, he fixed them right away and made sure my car ran better than it ever has. Im thrilled to say im very happy with his work. Thanks again Richard

Great customer service, very reliable and honest! Would never consider taking my car anywhere else! Never have taken my car to any other mechanic. Best mechanic ever!!I do not shop around and go to a different mechanic every time I have a problem. Once I find a good, honest, reliable mechanic I stick with them for good.

Went for a pre-purchase inspection- $65- decent price. He looked over the car and said "engine looks really good, brakes good, etc." Went to a friend's mechanic later and turns out brakes are not good and trans is rough.

It's taken me a while to get to writing this, but it's very deserving of the 5 stars. My car started smoking on the highway about 5 miles away from here, and I had no idea what was wrong. A AAA guy happened to be driving by and offered to tow me here for $50. My experience with Rich, who I'm learning from other commenters is the owner, was incredible. He looked at my car and troubleshooted it, figuring out quickly it was the air conditioning that needed to be replaced. It took about 15 minutes, and being very grateful that I could still safely drive me car with the A/C off, I was happy to pay him. He completely refused payment and I was just so impressed by his honesty. You look into his eyes and you can just tell he's being real with you. That day felt like someone was looking out for me because of this guy! Highly recommend

got my suspension serviced here. At least that's what i thought, jokes on me i guess. after picking up my car and paying good money once i got home i looked under my car and something seemed fishy, i went to another auto shop closer to home. the dude lifted the car up in front of me took the invoice from o and e and started shaking his head. he showed me how i was charged for all these different things but in reality only 1 part had been replaced and the rest just wiped down. these guys at o and e are a joke. don't even waste your time with this place.Service: Steering/Suspension
