I took my Guitar Hero Xplorer controller in because the soldering and connections were bad. Got it fixed up in a few days and it works good as new!

I haven't actually been here but I have talked to him on the phone a few times and he has been extremely friendly, honest and helpful and referred me to a couple other places to get parts for the repairs I was doing myself on my own Tv. I can only imagine he would be the same in person.
