Apparently, we spoke to a call-center that took the order and all of the information and assured us that they would be delivered as promised to the funeral home on the day of the funeral.
After 30 minutes, they called back and said that they do not have the supplies for the flowers that we ordered. Extremely poor customer service and we could’ve been notified as we were placing the order. Do not use any florist with a call center. Make sure they have better business values and answer the phone themselves to create the orders.

I don’t even know where to start, from the moment I called and spoke with Nora to the day after my wedding, I had the most amazing experience. When I started planning the wedding, flowers mattered the most to me, Nora made sure to make my vision come true, everything was so beautiful I was obsessed as soon as I walked in the venue. Thank you Nora for your amazing work, your kindness, and dedication to what you do, you truly made my day special.

Nora’s flower arrangements are always stunning. She puts a lot of effort into each order and adds unique details to the arrangements. The prices are great and she cares a lot about creating something special for her customers.
These orders are for a baby girl. They were both created within four hours and both look even better in person.

I had some trouble communicating with the employe, called and corrected the card message. The roses did not fare well, after one day they started dropping petals later, I found out this company is not a proper florist I.e., they do not have a physical location in Franklin Tn, they are facilitators contacting actual florist to complete the order. I really can not recommend this company. Cost of flowers $130.00

All I can say about Nora is she is the best hands-down. One of the best florists and people I know. Several years ago she did the flowers for my sister's wedding and she was so accommodating, so attentive, so sweet and from that point on, we just kept going back to her for our every day, regular flowers and bouquets. No one matches her work ethic, her dedication, her compassion and her care. She is just so amazing, so understanding and I didn't even consider anyone else for my wedding florist. Nora, I can't thank you enough my wedding flowers, they were amazing, beautiful, and everything I envisioned.

Our company has used Nora's Flowers for so many occasions and years now, from gifting to our boss to employees to personal occasions. Every time we contacted them we were always greeted so pleasantly whether it was Nora herself her mom or any staff. We only have to say who its for and they remember everything. I give them an idea of what I want along with the color choice of flowers and they make the magic happen. On top of the great service the quality of the flowers are amazing, all arrangements last's us about a month. Very pleased to do business with them!!! And I highly recommend them!!!
