It was my first time ever going to a dealership and all I got to say I was really impressed by the customer service and the way Anna treated me and answered all my questions about my first purchase of my car. I was actually very pleased Anna was very helpful, very patient, very polite and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns she didn’t push me or rush me to make the purchase. We sat there together in the office for hours talking until I decided I wanted to move forward with my decision and so I did and I’m glad I did. Thank you Anna so much for everything. I hope to see you again soon

I tried very hard to work with this dealership regarding a hard-to-find car they were advertising. They answered me by text 2 days after I reached out to them, saying the car was available and they would contact me to schedule an appointment 2 days later. They did not text or respond to multiple requests for info. When I no longer saw the car I was interested in on their website I inquired again (by text) as to whether or not the car was still there, and never received an answer. I planned to come from out-of-state with a cursory visit by a friend prior, to see if it was worth my time. No response to the fact that I was bringing cash and very interested. This place must be some kind of tax write-off shelter where no one is really concerned about actual sales. Too hard to deal with

It was a pleasure dealing with this dealer. They are very helpful and helped me get the car I was searching for. From the owner to the staff they are very welcoming and very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I will do business with them again. Thank you for your service and help.

Tricky ! But well you have to know how to deal with them. It is a business after all ! Watch some YouTube videos, do your research and don't be afraid, don't get intimidated, be tough and leave your tolerant liberal attitude behind that door. Got my 2010 audi A 3 there. Had to make a deal. It was tough. Off course they try to skyrocket the price. You have to learn how to get the best deal for your self. Good luck !!

This place is horrible, they raised the price on a car I was coming to look at by 2grand on cargurus the day of then I'm on my way taking a $40 uber ride over there and right when I get there they close cuz of an emergency supposedly so I wasted time and money and they lost me as a customer. Dont come here or they will give you the run around and rip you off!

I wandered in here looking for a used car for my buddy who was in from NYC for the summer as one of the head writers on a new show. The studio was too cheap to buy or lease him a car so basically he was on his own. And you know these 2022 semi-post pandemic prices to buy or rent an automobile are CRAY!!! Srsly. He's a nerdy writer from New York. I'm a gearhead and I know cars so I decided to step in and help m'boy out. Sam at Noho Auto Dealer was great. Terrific really. I've had my share of suuuper puuuushy car salesmen over the years and I got none of that from Sam. What a nice, convivial guy!! Does that make him a good salesman? Probably, although I never got or felt any pressure to hurry up and sign on the dotted line. He let me take the cars I was interested in to any mechanic I wanted to have them checked out. He's very transparent and EASY to deal with and has a dynamic selection of cars. You can tell right away from the inventory that Sam is a car guy with a few choice classics peppered about the inventory. Ultimately I did not purchase a car because my buddy and everyone else, including the show's creator, was fired!! Holy Guacamole!! *Heard the guy who came up with the show was a dick anyway so "F" him. If I need a car going forward will I be back to Noho Auto Dealer? Hell yas!

Without question the very best car buying experience we've ever had. For a new or used car. Anna and Sam were a delight to work with--they even called before we went to look at the vehicle, to give us some details on it to make sure it was what we wanted before making the drive up to see it. Super courteous. The car was exactly as advertised, they did all the paperwork immediately, they took whatever time we needed and they're great communicators. Highest recommendation. Ian M
