I have been going to Nick’s for my auto needs, for a long time. My mom used to take her truck to Nick in the 90s and Ara continues a tradition of quality, honesty and overall great service. They are straight shooters and seem to beat everyone’s prices.

We bring all our family cars here. I've known Ara and his father since i was very young and they never gave me bad advice. Even when there was no money changing hands, Nick or Ara are always ready to help like when i wanted to buy a new car they steered me in the right direction. Also, most important to me, they don't nickle and dime you and they don't sweat the small stuff like a free bulb change here and there.

If you're in a pinch and need an honest mechanic, you definitely should see the folks at Nick's! I drove through a huge pocket of standing water during tropical storm Hilary's arrival in LA and started having a watery grinding noise for the last 10 minutes of travel I had left. The next day the noise had improved some, but fearing for my engine, found Nick's auto shop as it was close by, well reviewed, and they did not disappoint! A look under the hood, a quick test drive to recreate the noise, a plastic trim and a few stabilizing bolts to the plastic skirt under my wheel well, and my car is running just like it used to! I was in and out in under half an hour at low cost to my wallet, and cannot thank them enough for their expertise, kindness and honesty throughout the process! At another auto shop this small repair could have been blown out of proportion; and being fem-bodied and less informed about common vehicle sounds, snags and fixes, I know I have to be on my toes during a trip to the mechanic. But being at Nick's and getting taken care of by their team was an absolute breath of fresh air. They were so open and easy going about finding out what was wrong, didn't upsell anything at all, and I got to drive out of there feeling confident about the repair and have a newfound sense of trust in a mechanic. I may not be local to LA, but if I ever have car trouble again in the area, I know I'll be coming back here for their service and expertise!

If you live in the Valley, Nick's Auto Shop is the best. Ara is super dope! And honest. He will take a look at your car and let you know what's wrong without upselling. He makes me feel super comfortable. Your car will be in good hands!

I've been fortunate to have some great mechanics over the years, but Nicks Auto Complete Repair is the best experience I've ever had. I found the shop today on Yelp after learning my former mechanic's shop was no longer in business. I dropped my car off at Nicks a little past noon to replace the a/c / alternator belt that broke yesterday and the power steering belt. They have the best prices I've ever encountered and I had my car back in a few short hours, just after 4pm.

I called Nick and explain my car issue, he gave me a couple of tips to try before taking my car, unfortunately didn't work and had to get a tow truck to get my car to his workshop, he was already waiting for us and within two hours he called me to let me know what he found and the solution, I got my car back within 5 hours since we dropped it off. Nick was really nice and professional, I definitely recommend him, he was really helpful on the phone as well, I called the first time and no one picked up but he called me back within minutes.
