Worst place to shop jewellery. -10000 stars.They are very unprofessional and only think about their money. Once I liked something from they store and few days ago my friend went to buy it for me and just because my friend drives an expensive car they quoted a different, much higher price for the same jewellery.

My dad got my daughter a custom made bracelet from Nancy's jewelry, and to say it's beautiful is an understatement. The piece has a cross on it and a blue eye bead. Couldn't ask for more. This piece is a keepsake and something she will always have to treasure and look back on. It's also adjustable to different lengths so she can wear it as she continues to grow. If you're looking for beautiful jewelry, then look no further than Nancy's.

Honestly worst customer service ever! Negative stars would be amazing! My fiancé bought me a custom Cuban for my birthday but not from here. It needed to be sized so I had asked him to take it to Nancy's since I have been here in the past and everything was ok. The older lady who has 0 professionalism and customer service proceeded to tell him "Go get it fixed wherever you got it from. Go out there pay for parking again and wait." Now I understand that they don't deal with jewelry that is not purchased from them, but there are ways to say things. Sure enough he went elsewhere and had it taken care of, but shame on you who speaks like that to people. If you don't have the nerves or energy to deal with people please don't be in business and hire professional staff.

She's a family friend. She always takes care of us. My aunt Margarit introduced us, she's happy, that she met and introduced us, and ever since I shop with them and they take care of us. I bought a 20 year anavirsaty ring from her just today. Wife really liked it. Thanks to Nancy and her doughter.

Very poor service. I mainly went to see if they had any chains for a custom pendant I have and I felt discriminated against by the older lady since she wouldn't even pay attention to me. I then simply asked if she could steam clean my other jewelry I had in a box and they wouldn't even help me with that simple request even after I offered to pay for it. She kept looking at my jewelry box and right at my face like "how the hell this Mexican have this jewelry" smh..

Woman asked me what I wanted from behind a door in the back, came to the front and told me it was by appointment only. I said "I'd like to get measured for my wedding ring and look at rings". No.... Appointment only.... There was nobody in the store. Good luck selling anything. Gross.
