Wonderful experience. I recently bought my second mattress at this store. The first was ten years ago and it's still in great condition and so comfortable. For my recent mattress purchase, Zander was a patient, down to earth, helpful and knowledgeable salesman. I did not feel rushed or that he was trying to sell me more than I needed. He was only trying to find for me what I said I wanted and would work in the space. I dealt with Brandon for pick up and he was also kind and helpful.

horrible. oh it's been 1 month. and they don't help me to solve it I bought a mattress for 800 dollars where my back hurt from the first day I called. before the month for ask for a change and it hasn't been possible, it's not fair

I just had a great experience shopping here. I was helped by Jansen who was fantastic. He was very respectful and helpful, and worked within my budget. I wanted a hybrid mattress and it seemed impossible for my price point; with Jansen's help I found something. I didn't go in here expecting to buy and was pleasantly surprised!

Daniel is so helpful and knowledgeable. He wont put pressure on you or try to convince you to buy a specific mattress. He is so thorough too. He cares about his customers. The atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting.

Look for Mike Strand - excellent customer service! I had an issue with our home purchase and Mike was patient enough to extend our delivery multiple times. When we went to the store to inform him about another extension, he told us not to worry! :)

I've been to this store a few times. Sad to say the last visit was a complete robbery. $600 for a cheap spring mattress.. I've only had it for a few months spring are popping out all over the mattress. From the sides to the head area even all in my back. $600 and not a queen like I asked for it's a full size... the guy really seemed to push all his prices up! As I'm sure sales are slow. I understand the need to sell. But let me tell you , he lost a loyal customer .

This past Thursday, I stopped in here after work because I wanted to buy a new mattress, I didn't want to put it off any longer. But before I could even get out of my car, some dude that works here started tapping on my window and telling me I couldn't park there, smirking the entire time. I'm sure he thought that I was parking there for the food places next-door, but he could've been more polite about it. I decided that somebody who will treat people this way before they even got in the door, probably was preumptuous and dishonest and not worth my time. So I left. I went to the furniture department at the Macy's in Northridge, and worked with Syed. I bought a California King from beauty rest, and because of a sale I got a free box spring. It's being delivered in two weeks. Had this guy not been such an a******* I would've been more willing to go in and complete my purchase, I probably would've gone with them because they're so close to my house. But he was a dick, and I don't give them my money

This review is overdue. I purchased my mattress here a few months ago and got the best deal thanks to Daniel. He helped me stick to my budget on top of giving me a way better deal than I expected. He is very kind and honest- not over bearing like other salesmen. It was arranged that I pick up my mattress the next day because they were getting it delivered from their other location in Chatsworth, but the driver was running late so he ended up delivering my mattress to my home at no extra charge. My parents and sister have also purchased their beds and mattresses from Daniel because he gives the best deals possible. Thanks Daniel!

I walked in randomly - literally was in there for an hour hanging out with Daniel. He walked me through every bed while I laid down and compared every one. We laughed, I learned, and I got an awesome mattress. Daniel has this mattress world on lock down

Loved this store! Daniel was an absolute delight. Threw in a free bed frame and mattress cover. Excellent service. Good atmosphere. The Daniel put not pressure on me to buy anything and was honest about quality and worked with me on pricing. I was serviced well and Daniel was very attentive. Customer service from him was definitely a 10 out of 10. I appreciate his sincerity and felt valued.

Daniel helped me choose a mattress for my daughter without any hassle. He was professional and friendly. I could see he was honestly trying to accommodate my needs which I appreciate very much. I am glad we were assisted by Daniel he gave us detailed information about different Mattresses and, let us try them out comfortably. As far as price he gave us the best price out of all the mattress stores we had previously been to. His customer service was great! I would definitely recommend going to see Daniel for any mattress need.

Went to kill some time as we waited for The Sushi to open, ended up getting an amazing deal on a king size bed. Daniel is very helpful, knowledgeable and we never felt pressure to buy. I already refered my cousin and will send more people their way. Great great customer service!
