After working with multiple vendors in LA that I was never impressed by, I finally found Alan. I've worked with Alan on a variety of projects now. Alan is phenomenal. Kind, professional, fast, and goes above and beyond to help me with my projects every single time. He has excellent communication skills and is always super communicative, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions and provide advice on the best practices for each project.Most importantly, the signage + vinyls ALWAYS turn out amazing. You just don’t experience businesses like this anymore, especially in 2022! The My Sign Design team did a fantastic job from start to finish. As new shop owners in a new city, Alan and his team made this process SO simple, but so very professional. From my first call, email communication, proofing and edits, coming out to measure our space, and lastly the beautiful & “on-time” installation!!! They are so nice and they get the job done how it’s supposed to be done! If you are a business owner like us, any project that is made simple and you trust another team to handle it for you… that’s VALUABLE!! You can trust My Sign Design, for sure.

I didn't know about My sign for my first office but I had to move my office to the new location. I called my previous sign person but their price was little bit too much so I searched and found my sign. He has been working well with us and I have ordered everything from him window sign, door sign, sign and even business card. He has the best price.

When I messed up the direction of the image we were using, he was able to redo and reinstall in record time. He was also super communicative and quick to respond. It's always a pleasure working with Alan and his team. Been working with him for a few years now and he has always been very professional and does quality work. I know he is very busy but he always seems to get back to me in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend him any friends or family.

We searched high and low for someone who was both professional and reasonably priced for the rebranding of our small business. We were happy to find My Sign Design because they were just that, and I highly recommend them. They were responsive, worked with our needs, and the whole process was done in a timely, yet thorough manner. Definitely would work with them again if we need more signage.

I was in a rush to get my vinyl done before the grand opening. Alan was very quick to respond, and started printing my vinyl within minutes of my payment, I couldn't believe how quick it was. The quality is great, the colors are vibrant, and he had very detailed work. Overall amazing experience

5 stars for GREAT communication, quality, attention to detail, and just overall great service. My Sign Design replaced the existing logo of the outdoor signage for my local church. I exchanged a number of emails regarding this project and they were quick to respond to each one. I gave them a call once and Alan was very attentive. I inquired for 2 quotes: one for replacing the logo only and the second for replacing the entire signage. They took the time to come over to the property to get all right dimensions for the second quote. I appreciate the attention to detail with the warm light bulbs. They did a great job in making sure the logo would have a nice glow. I am very happy with their service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND My Sign Design to anyone looking for outdoor signage.

Excellent craftsmanship, great communication and friendly installation.Alan was so professional and easy to work with! Next time I’ll use them for all my printing needs- they came recommended for the decals I needed for a storefront and could have used them for business cards, postcards, banners etc... and very reasonable!!Highly recommend!

Alan is the go to guy for curtious,prompt and professional service. Window tint and wraps. As owner of Proficiency Fitness I needed a upgrade on my window promotions and look. Alan made a perfect design to convey my message to the public and also tint all my windows. Alan very patient. Aldo and Hugo worked very efficiently. I'm very happy with the whole process.
