dude constantly changes prices on a when I want basis . one day it's this price next day it's the price . feels pretty bias . Attitude and no laughs when slim dude with beard works at night . Was hella close to the crib but I'll just go to puffers or something close by . Business people get away with what they want this the least I can share .

I went in for a battery. He tells me they dont last forever and that eventually i will have to get a new one. That struck me as odd but okay fine i need this battery. This battery stopped working in less than 24 hours. He seemed frustrated when telling me that it wouldnt last forever. Seems like hes had many other customers come in for the same exact reason and hes not willing to accept its the product. Will not return.

Awesome selection of water pipes! . Everything was nice, nothing cheap except the prices. Only downside is they won't really do cash discounts even if you're spending a couple hundred. I don't think the owner actually works there. Downside: Some staff aren't too knowledgeable upside: open till midnight.

walked through the whole store and i was the only one who walked in didn’t even get greeted hello or welcome. the guy working even looked at me. Would bought something but not with that service or discrimination whatever you wanna call it.

New to the neighborhood and thought I'd try this place out. The guy behind the counter was rude and unfriendly and the products were WAY overpriced. Will not go back.

They always have such horrible service! Overpriced and rude for no reason. This will be the 5th time I've come near closing time and they'll close as early as 20 minutes before and pretend they don't see you at the door. Today I came 10 mins before they closed for some papers and the guy just stared at me til I left then shut the lights off. If they don't close at midnight they shouldn't advertise it everywhere.

Staffed by a moron who couldn't be bothered to explain where things are in the store or even know the basics of anything his store sells. Customers generally walk into a place like this with a question or two. But Mr. Smokes clearly has a "No questions" policy based on the arrogant, dismissive, highly irritable nature of Wed night's sole employee. Management/Owner: It's a crowded marketplace. Do better with your hiring decisions.

Sold me a disposable hookah vape that didn't work. Came back and told them to fix it not exchange it for a new one. And they didn't. That's great customer service I must say. I always buy my stuff here. But not anymore.

Don’t buy here I buy a lighter 2 day later I come back and they tell me all mad we can’t do anything about that !!!! Is a 12$ lighter not a 1$ one
