“In 2017, first time that We hire Loyal moving and We are very please and happy with the services they provided to us. This year We have to moved again. I called Loyal and spoke with Gili and mentioned to her that they moved us in 2017 and that I wanted to inquire on their services again. She was very professional and explained to me everything that we need to know. No surprise charges. For short we hire them again to move us. As always, We didn't have any issues with the move. Like most people who have college kids, we don't remember all the nitty-gritty each time we need to fill out the forms. Each year I have had questions on filling out the forms and Jenn has walked me through and explained when i had questions. Jenn did not rush me through the process, she allowed me the time I needed to complete the process. Jenn makes the process very easy & straight forward, along with many laughs during the process. “I needed to rent a Uhaul recently to transport a sofa from one place to another. So I went in and spoke with Fairelynn. She was very helpful and very friendly. It was transparent that she enjoyed her job and took pride in helping others! She answered my questions with a smile and then said. "What else ya got?". I felt reassured when she asked if there were any other issues that I could come up with. It's as if I was trying to find ways where things could be stressful, but Uhaul has been around for so long that it has ironed out all the kinks. Fairelynn was very kind and generous from beginning to end. And Jesus was very kind and helpful as well! I had an easy and productive experience all around. “Yesterday was our big move. We lived on the second floor of an apartment complex, and we were moving to a house 15 mins away. I was very nervous to have my husband and family do this big move since I have big and bulky furniture with a lot of glass and mirror details. They came and wrapped everything and started to carry them from the hallway down to the garage and out to the street where the truck was parked. There they organized everything by putting all the glasses in separate areas and tied everything up to not tip and fall. Once we came to our house, they unloaded and organized everything in all the rooms. No scratches or dents anywhere on my furniture or house. Our whole moving process took approximately 4 hours. And they made it less stressful for us. I am so happy with the job they did and will recommend them to others. Thank you guys.”
