We came into this local market. Let me start with the good. The produce and the food is of good quality. That's about it. Now on to the bad; If you are not of their race do not come into this store. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. The service is terrible. No greetings ,no thank you, no smiles, no etiquette, no respect. The looks that we got in the store is one i have never experienced. I got cut in front of the line by some lady who said she was waiting there. The vibe in here is lively if you are part of the culture. You don't get treated like this at Asian markets or Hispanic markets. People walking all over you and it's literally quite short of getting pushed. It's a shame, but I'm sure it's intentionally like this to keep outside races out. It bums me out to write this review. But it's authentic and true. I won't be coming back.

I regret to inform you that I had a disappointing experience at Musaler market . The level of customer service was subpar, with cashiers appearing visibly fatigued and displaying a lack of enthusiasm for their duties. Regrettably, this situation does not lie within the realm of customer responsibility. Furthermore, it was disheartening to overhear employees discussing customers immediately after their departure. Moreover, the omission of basic courtesies such as greetings and expressions of gratitude was quite evident. As a result, I have decided that I will not be returning to Musaler Store.

Old fashion Armenian / middle eastern market freshly baked bread many unique items you wouldn't find elsewhere.Note that parking is very challenging for this store and the plaza .

Horrible store Horrible unprofessional staff the staff is so rude it's amazing how they get away with it ,if you don't check you're receipt they charge you twice . Don't spend you're hard earned money here they don't deserve ur business. Support another local store but not here . Never again will I go here .

I stopped in to grab a couple of things and the staff was very friendly. The cashier was so sweet. She gave me a rose for International Women's Day.

This place is good for ethnic groceries. Typical Armenian market... you have the nice staff, you have the miserable staff. They have good choice of produce. Their in home pickled veggies are delic. Everything else is a hit or miss.. but overall they're Good.

Ridiculous prices. Are you kidding? More expensive than Whole Foods or Gelson's market so I I don't recommend this store . There are many other stores in the same area that have reasonable prices. In fact I I bought the same stuff at Trader Joe's for quarter of a price.

This store is amazing I've been going here since the 1st day it opened up. If you're looking for any kind of Armenian food or Russian food they have it here and there is no need to go anywhere else. All the Staff are very friendly from the girls in the front all the way to the Butchers in the back. The meat vegetables fruits are all fresh with very reasonable pricing. Thank you everyone there for always making it a pleasant experience when I come shopping there.

Extremly clean & nice Supermarket, some items are pricey, specially nowdays, but I guess everything & everywhere is expensive. Very-very caring & Profesional Employees, Specially Armen, he was extremely caring & went out of his way to help me over the phone, when I told him I can't read Russian letters on the boxes..I love Musaler Supermarket, I always go there when I am in North Hollywood, the only negative is the parking problem, not enough parking & always crowded, because it's a small shopping center. And when I am there I do big shopping ? & it creates problem because of the parking. Otherwise very caring Employees & excellent customer ? service ?. If I could give them 10 star, I really would. Keep up the amazing work that you guys do & excellent customer service. Nowdays it's very very hard to find good Customer Service & dedicated Employees. Thank you very much.
