So my tires on my 2019 Alltrack are the original that came with the car and after hitting a deep pothole, the steering felt off and developed a vibration. I came here to get an alignment and they were very straightforward and honest about it, didn't attempt to upsell me anything, and showed me what was going on with every step of the process. The tech explained my tires are very old (but still had tread left) and might be challenging to re-balance and it did take a couple hours, but the end results were fantastic. My car drives straight and vibration free once more. It was honestly refreshing to be able to just go in and get done what was needed without being needlessly pressured into buying more stuff I didn't come in for. Having the work done correctly the first time was also fantastic. I know these tires are nearing the end of their life, so I will definitely keep this place in mind when it comes time to replace them.

Beware of this place! I came here with my new car 2022 Honda and they lost my wheel lock within 3 oil changes and they and refused to replace it. I had only taken my car here for the 3 oil changes I had since buying the car. I told the “manager” and he refused to replace it and he blamed it on me. Mind you he had rotting teeth with black on them (probably from drug use which is a big red flag because you can’t trust drug addicts and I know when I see one since my mom was on drugs) So he refused to replace my wheel lock and blamed it on me. Worst place ever they will loose your items and then blame it on you. Worst service ever!

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating to my situation. I’m from the East coast and was getting my son’s truck new tires while he was in the hospital to help out before returning East.

I've always had a great experience with this location. The advisors have been really nice, knowledgeable and never pushy. The work is always done great and I've never had to come back to get it corrected. This is my go to place for everything.

Came in because I had a nail in my new tire. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly & kind. Got the hole patched & was out in 25 minutes on a Friday afternoon!
