I didn't listen to the negative reviews but please listen to mine. I received 4 very uncomfortable counter stools. I wanted to return them so I emailed the company. They said to go ahead and return them to the carrier of my choice and insure them and email the tracking numbers. They told me they would charge me shipping to and from in addition to a 20% restocking fee. What they failed to mention was that the cheapest shipping cost was $515!!! No shipping return labels, no paperwork or receipts in the boxes. So basically, I paid $515 shipping one way, plus shipping cost to me plus a 20% restocking fee for uncomfortable chairs I don't want??? I also had to haul 4 refrigerator sized boxes by myself to the carrier. Without providing a shipping label, I couldn't call ups for pick up, etc. Do not do business with this company! I have never had this with any other company ever.. I lost a lot of money !!!! Unprofessional and not competitive with other furniture companies and their standards...

I purchased a chair online and received a confirmation email with no tracking number, contact info or anticipated delivery date. I've now been waiting over a month and haven't received the item. I've tried calling about 20 times and have never been able to get a hold of someone. I don't believe I will ever be receiving my purchase.

Bought from this place and it's junk not worth it. Bad service. My stuff broke in less than 3 months. So sad. It was a bad experience. This company loosing customers and business because they are not honest. Big liars. I am very disappointed. NEVER AGAIN.

Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away! I have purchased some furniture from them to find out later that it has some design flaws for example I bought a Queen size bed but the frame is too long and too wide for the mattress.WORST WORST experience shopping anywhere.

I ordered a counter stool from this company via Houzz and sent it back to the company. The manager said she would refund the money and reimburse me for partial excessive shipping charges back( $134!) but would only do that if I removed the negative review I gave them on Houzz. In addition, the manager "L" said she would write a negative review about me as a Realtor, even though she and I never worked together in that capacity at all. I would not do that and said that if she threatened that again she would be sued. She refused to send me the money and I consequently filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with Houzz. I know the company has received other negative reviews as well but this goes well beyond poor customer service--I have the email to prove that she agreed to send me the reimbursement for the shipping. Moreover, Houzz stated that the vendor refused to cooperate with them. NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND HAVING A MANAGER THREATEN ME WITH RETALIATION MAKES IT WORSE!!

Bought our new Matteo bar stools in White leather from MS because they were outstanding when we purchased dining room chairs from them last fall. Best customer service in the industry - especially Brenda who advised me with both of my purchases.

I came home to deflated cushioned couch that was practically Orange not Tan! When you sit on the couch, it is like sitting on wood. I tried to return the sofa and they would not allow me to or offer an exchange. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau as now out money, time and energy. DO NOT PURCHASE from this place or other websites that they have set-up. They no longer even advertise this couch on their site

This place is a great find for quality mid century reproductions. We've found 2 pieces and are thrilled. It's smart to check the website and have an idea of what you want since it's a wholesale location. Ask for Lily - she's wonderful!!
