I loved how nice and friendly the staff was, they bought me champagne the whole time and even some cookies! The music and decor is nice. My nails look amazing but I had to take a star away for price. I got a full pedicure with gel and my nails were gel x with a v French and chrome. It ended up being $270, my usual price at my other salon is around $120.

I walked in for a basic pedicure which base price is 40$ as per the menu that they have at the desk. I requested no color since I was gonna go my own gel I just needed to clean up the cuticle. She asked if I wanted to cut and buff the nail. I said no cut just file she cut anyway she said to make it even. So she continued buffed my nails and went to pay. When I got to the counter it was 60$. I said the menu says $40. She said you got a buff that is $15 more. I told her that I was not informed that was additional. Then she says and another 5$ since you are paying with a card. Overall very disappointing I will not be returning

I hate to write a review, the customer service in the morning is amazing. I feel like that's anywhere. They were sweet did their job. The only thing I will say it was my birthday and I paid $245 for a gel x set w pedicure. I did almond shape and small details but it is not $190 worth nails. It's in inflation right now and the prices are way too high.

I had the most luxurious experience here at Modern Pamper Salon. I called in to book at appointment and the guy at reception, Soren, was kind enough to squeeze me in before they closed. When i came in, i was shown to the beverage & food bar where they offered mimosas, champagne, soda, chocolate milk, coffee, you name it. They also had little treats like M&Ms or bars to snack on. Once I was seated, Soren brought me a glass of mango mimosa and a freshly warm chocolate chip cookie. Kayla is the sweetest and thoughtful nail tech. She carried a conversation with me throughout and made sure i was comfortable in my seat while Vicky worked on my pedicure. Everyone seems very nice and welcoming. They have so many colors to choose from. My Gel X was $85 using DND boston university red (my fav) and my gel pedicure was $60. Reasonable prices with the amenities and top notch quality. It makes sense why all the celebs are coming here. They also offer car wash at their complimentary valet parking lot behind the salon, i attached the menu below. Overall, one, if not my favorite nail salon!

I came here once for a gel x manicure and really loved it, but every time I come for a basic pedicure there's an issue. First time she applied the wrong color, second time they hardly lasted 3 days (and gel should last way longer than that) and this time, she cut my left toenail into a completely different shape without asking me first. When I told her I did not like it, she said she thought it was "prettier" it's just too much money to consistently leave unhappy with my nails

I don't get the hate for this place. This is not my usual salon, I come here when I want something unique or if I'm feeling like splurging a bit on myself. This nail salon definitely caters more to those that are doing gel X or something more intricate on their nails, they also do have a higher price point than smaller, strip mall, nail shops. Everybody, everybody has always been extremely courteous, customer, service oriented, nothing but helpful and sweet and detail oriented. Some receptionists are a little bit more cold and not as friendly, but not so offputting that I think it's worth how many people have mentioned it in their review, I think people are just so wanting for everyone to kiss their butt all the time, that they can't see that people might just be multitasking and trying to work and it isn't anything personal. Next time I feel like doing a poly gel or gel, X etc., this is definitely one of the places I think of! Also bonus, they are open about an hour longer than most salons.

This place is far too expensive. They keep promoting that they do famous peoples nails, that should be the first red flag. I did my nails there a couple of times, every single time I did gel x one nail would pop off a 2-5 days later. When I went in to go fix it they would charge me $20 to fix ONE nail. It’s just not worth it, go to a normal salon that’s a little outdated, and you will pay much less. Payed over $250 for nails, steer clear.

I absolutely ? ? ? this nail salon. If you want to relax with free drinks and a car wash while you are getting your nails done. This is definitely the spot to feel and be pampered. I went there for my birthday and I was treated with such tender love and care ❤ definitely one of my top of the lists place and I am very picky. Customer service is what look for.

A long standing customer could not get her nail fixed after it broke. She called and you told her to go and the door was locked. After she spent $200 3 days before. Please do better.

Extremely disrespectful. I have never been treated so poorly at a salon. Quality is hit or miss but consistently I've been disrespected and then talked down to. I gave them a few chances because I wanted to support the owner but I definitely was treated unfairly. They double booked me and even though I was on time, they made me wait over two hours for a mani and when I said this wasn't cool, the owner said I'm "too much" and, to add insult to injury, he said that's why they don't have clients from my ethnic background. Regrettably I was trying to support the business.

Modern Pamper called me and told me Lee does not work there anymore. She's been my only nail tech for the past 10 years. If anyone knows how to reach her, please contact me. Im really sad about her leaving. Please, please find her.

Do not go! The front desk lady not friendly at all. The two people that did my manicure and pedicure were very nice....BUT...the least expensive pedicure was $60 and gel X plus chrome on my hands was $150....and she said she gave me a $15 discount! It was $210 BEFORE I gave a tip....so out the door after tip I paid $270!!!! To add insult to this I had to ask 3x for a coffee. While I was there another lady came in and I heard her saying she can't pay $200 for chrome and she left. The owner of this place needs to get a reality check on normal pricing and stop robbing his patrons!!!!

yesterday I went to modern pamper salon as usual as past 2 years kadie the girl I worked with usually is behind her customers and doesn't happens once a month or every couple months i asked her once why you are late she goes my customers come late and it's not my fault I was understanding and keep going to her anyway . yesterday I was late for 10 min due to traffic I called the salon and the girl who answered the phone said it's ok she doesn't have customer as soon as I walked in she had attitude and told me I can't fix your nail from now on and the week before she had the same attitude with my friend who I Intrduce to her not one 5 friends I Intrduce so she can get busniss . she was angry that the owner raise prices and she doesn't have enough customer 3 weeks ago she was complaining to me and my daughter please don't go to her she has bad attitude , she gossip rudely about customers and owners to her benefit and she is not trust-wordy ! Let's not forget I always tiped her generously as well . Customers deserve to treat with goid attitude and service not someone like kadie negative and 2 face sorry !! Dint go to Kadie if you want good service
