Six months ago we made a big purchase of a toilet, faucets and other things for the from modern bathrooms. Michael helped us and we left satisfied. We knew that all the products we bought had a full warranty. It hasn't been a week and the wall mount toilet we bought that we installed and covered the wall with tile didn't work properly. It turns out that a part was missing/a part was broken. We came back to Michael to help us, I sent him a picture of the part causing a problem and he said he would order a new one. For more than 4 months we went back and forth with them, each time he said the part would arrive in the following week, which turned into two weeks, which turned into a month and another month. They apologized every time but did not bring a relevant solution. They provided us with a part that is not related to the toilet and not close to the part I sent them that was broken, once they brought a part that was too big, once too small even though I sent him a picture with a serial number. After that I went to deal with Arman the manager, who told me he was really sorry but apart from that he had no solutions. For almost 5 months I used chemical toilets of employees. Arman told me that there is no specific representative who can help me or understand where the problem is, and until they sent a representative to check how to solve it, more than 4 months passed!! Just a few days ago they sent me the correct part and now the toilet is finally working. Because of this crazy situation, I asked him for a refund for the toilet or a gift card and I think that's the least they could do. He told me that if I want the money back I have to dismantle the toilet from the wall. In the end their service is really bad, they just want to sell to you! They don't find a quick solution and they don't care about your feeling either. I'm very disappointed!! And you lost me as a customer. It is important for me to write this down so that you know - because when there are problems there is no one who will really help you!!!!!

The products they sell were fine. The delivery and customer support is totally unacceptable. Their delivery process is to set your order in the street in front of the house. They don't deny this. That may work for smaller orders, but does not work for large heavy boxes stacked on top of each other. Also the customer service representative (Rob Vard) will not return calls. No follow up call or email. Nothing but crickets after delivery.

My wife and I are redoing one of our bathrooms. After looking around quite a bit we landed at Modern Bathroom. Michael K was fantastic. He was super informed, listened to us and help guide our decisions without any pressure. We made several trips before making our final decisions and he was great every time. Our tub, vanity and hardware arrived without a hitch. There is no doubt we'll be returning when we do bathroom number 2!

Helpful people here will help you get what you are looking for. Richard showed me some vanities that fit the style I was going for. When the price of the first one was higher than I wanted, he suggested an alternative that better fit my budget. They carry good brands.

Jhory was an amazing salesman. I bought bathroom vanities a few months ago and I just went back to buy more! Pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone doing a remodel or a new build .

Clearance show room has a lot of options and with affordable prices. Sales people is very friendly and helpful and fast to load up the vanities. Doesn’t compare to any other stores in the area, we visit probably 5 different places.

We bought four vanities, a linen tower, and a mirror from Modern Bathroom. Not only are their products high quality and beautiful, their customer services is superb! Michael is the absolute best! He made our buying experience quick and easy because he was so knowledgeable! I highly recommend Modern Bathroom!

I ordered a vanity Then got an email asking if I still wanted it because it was on back order and delayed a few days My response- yes I want the vanity I then Get a confirmation email now asking if the delivery day was okAs I am a contractor working to complete this bathroom remodel I didn't catch that email so I missed the soonest delivery date Now I have to confirm for the third time the next delivery date What a massive waste of time Just ship the vanity and tell me when it's coming

Horrible vanity, still banged up, after the third attempt. Counter top disengrated, and sending a new one, completely different color. Doesn't go with our $20000 . White vs blue. They don't really care, and it is very sad for the first time buyers. You never think that this will happen to you. i don't know how they can sleep at night

I would give zero stars if I could, the customer service here is incredibly poor. We came here prepared to spend several thousand dollars on items for our bathroom remodel, and no one would help us. We wandered around the showroom for 10 minutes plus and finally I approached a man sitting at a desk, doing nothing. I asked for help with a shower fixture, but he couldn't be bothered to stand up, so I took a picture of the item in the store I was interested in and showed him. He said it was out of stock and would take 8-10 weeks to arrive, offered no alternatives and refused to show me anything else. So we left. There were several men sitting around doing nothing, not one of them asked if we needed anything or offered any assistance. Save your money and go somewhere they value their customers, Modern Bathroom is AWFUL!

I'm here to echo the good reviews and high praise for Michael Keossian at Modern Bathroom. MB was my first stop in designing and planning my master bath remodel and Michael was generous with time and patience in educating me. His advice and recommendations from that day were ultimately what I ordered two months later, in early August 2021. Most of my order came in the time advised, but a couple of items "bounced" with Covid-related production and shipping delays. Michael cheerfully and diligently kept me up to date with the situation and, when appropriate, offered alternatives that would ship more quickly. I'm very pleased with the fixtures and products he recommended and the incredible service provided.

These people sell junk and do not stand behind their products. Bought a bathroom vanity from them and less than six months later the countertop is totally ruined. I called them for help and they refused to honor the warranty or assist us in fixing the problem. Worse the manager was very rude and insulting. They said it was our fault for not keeping it clean even after I told him we wipe down the counter after every use. The finish is permanently stained with dark rings from a glass soap container. I expect my counter to be able to withstand a little soap and water. A countertop is not easy to replace and you want it to last awhile. I'd say you get what you pay for, but their prices are not cheap. I don't write a lot of Yelp reviews, but I have to warn people about this business: STAY AWAY My response to the business owner: We use our bathroom sink to wash our hands and faces and to brush our teeth. We wipe down the counter after every use to make sure there is no standing water or dirt left behind. We never used hair dye or anything else that would leave a stain or put down a hot curling iron. We are talking about a countertop that is meant to be used daily, not a delicate porcelain doll on a shelf. Believe me, I did my research about cultured marble before we bought the item. It's not supposed to stain so easily or quickly. It's just not.
