I had insurance through Mr Barillas for years and every interaction was pleasant. The one time I actually needed to file a claim, he showed up at the body shop to make sure everything was going smoothly. I’m not sure if she’s still there but Ana and the team were so helpful all of the time. They operate like a small town agency in a big city and I wish every agent worked like them.

Very inconsiderate and rude customer service. Called to discuss my rates raising because of the area I live in. Who ever is answering your office calls please retrain them or let them go because they obviously don’t even sound like they know what they’re talking about.
