Some of the negative reviews are for the laundromat next door, not related to the dry cleaner! No wonder the bell curve is skewed so far to the right in this country. At least know what you're reviewing before posting a negative opinion.
Also, everyone knows that bedding is more expensive than clothes for the wash and fold service. If you call for a quote, make sure you're transparent and tell them it's for comforters - if you don't then you are the shady one by trying to be dishonest about the services you need.
The lady that runs this place is an angel, and she does a fantastic job. Their prices are so reasonable and of all the wash and fold services I have been to - they are by far the best. They are great with keeping delicates separate and packing everything nicely. I would be a mess without them! I have been a regular for almost 5 years now and drive out of my way (I don't live in the area) to use them because the quality of service cannot be beat.

Be sure to double check on what they’re charging you before you get any services done here. Was quoted at two dollars a pound for fluff and fold for some blankets. Came the next day and charge me $120 for only 20 pounds worth of blanket. Reasoning was “fluff and fold is only for clothes”, would’ve been nice to have been told that yesterday when you quoted me two dollars a pound to my face.Shady business, feel like I got ripped off because I did. Don’t ever support this sham.

Sherry and Jimmy are sweethearts. I take my laundry to them once a week and they never disappoint. They have it ready for me like clockwork every time. Their prices are also extremely fair for their services. if you're hungry, there's a great restaurant next-door to grab a bite. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great experience.

I LOVE this dry cleaners. I use the services for a bit of an unorthodox purpose - getting alterations made on my dog's clothing and getting patches sewn on his harness. Sheri is incredible and she truly listens to what the customer requests. The service is quick and very cost effective. Would definitely recommend!

Not well maintained. Machines are old and about half of them dont work. Dirty floors and counters. I would not fold my clothes on dirty, wet, sticky counters. Only came here because i was getting a donut next door. Never again

I used to go there, but there is nobody that can help you if something is wrong or not working. There is a phone number there, a machine replies, and nobody comes. Horrible

I don't agree with the negative reviews. In the morning I took a big bag of clothes to Milo's including a pair of pants, several casual shirts and a dress shirt. I asked that the pants, shirts and dress shirt be returned on hangers. The lady called that afternoon to say it was all ready, but I was not able to pick it up until the next morning. I got back my bag with the underwear, sox, etc., properly folded and in a plastic cover. My shirts and the pants were on hangers as requested. The dress shirt was ironed OK.The charge was very reasonable for the amount of clothes. They were a nice, friendly older couple. I was totally satisfied.

A weeks with of workout gear disappeared from the laundry that I dropped off. Spoke with multiple people at the shop, who told me I needed to speak to someone else. Complete run around.
