OK price for an oil change ($94) and friendly office staff, but they flat out lied to my face and gave me a dishonest recommendation for a $1000 set of lower control arms saying that the bushings were very cracked and separating “especially the right side” as the woman in the office said. I had this repair done on another Subaru, there was no clicking or any steering defects and I could see with my own eyes that the bushings were not damaged. I took the car to another mechanic who inspected it for free and said I should definitely not replace the control arms or bushings as they are not damaged at all. Their price is what the dealer would charge and is exorbitant, even if they weren’t lying that they’re damaged. I took the car to a THIRD mechanic who also said the bushings are not cracked at all, and Mike’s was lying through their teeth. He showed me the bushings on both sides, explaining how they are not damaged at all while the car was in the air, as I expected. He told me to please leave a review because he’d hate to have his own wife come to this shop (as would I). Steer clear of this place, they are not honest at all and will shaft you. Don’t let them give you even a first opinion because I guarantee they are profiling you and nifty shifty here will sell you whatever they think they can get away with. The only crack is the kind that they’re smoking. One tire had a slight misalignment issue, which Mike’s did not find at all, so they would’ve scammed me into a completely unnecessary very pricey repair without addressing the actual issue causing some uneven wear on one tire. Mike’s recommended new tires, which I agreed with, but had them done elsewhere, won’t return and would recommend avoiding this shop at all costs.

Nice owner. Receptionist was also very kind. I had a really tight timeframe so I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get my car fixed. Also liked that I was able to Venmo them part of the payment. Damage was to the right front and I was happy with the fix.

I came in with brake issues. They replaced all 4 brake pads same day for a great price and let me know about some other things they found to keep an eye on. Friendly and efficient service. Recommend.

Edi & the group at Mike’s Auto have been my go-to mechanics for 5+ years at this point. They take my concerns seriously, they are thorough, pricing is fair, diagnostics are straight-forward, and work is completed in a timely manner. I’ve seen many mechanics over the 20 years of driving I’ve done and they reset the standard for me. Looking around the humble office, it is clear that they value positive business practices and relationships. They are part of the community and treat me the same. I appreciate their work so much and trust them with my vehicle.

Mike's Auto Body was recommended to me by the folks at Valvoline Oil Change in North Hollywood, when they told me I needed a serpentine belt replacement. I called, they were able to fit me in right away and it only took a few hours! Edi took care of the whole process, very straightforward, great service, no upsell and I was back and on my way by that afternoon.
Wonderful service, will use them for all of my car repair needs!

Edi is awesome! I just moved here a little over a month ago and got recommended to Mike's Auto Repair when my brakes were screeching. I couldn't be happier with the results. Edi informed me that all my brakes needed to be replaced because they were all worn down.
I swear, I didn't know what brakes were supposed to feel like until Edi helped me out. He tightened my parking brake as well! I can now confidently drive in LA knowing that Edi and Mike's Auto Repair fixed my car up.

I had an amazing experience at Mike’s Auto Repair. Edi treated with curiosity and respect. The prices were reasonable. I have never been happier with my car. The new clutch I had installed makes my car feel and drive like it’s brand new. THANK YOU TO EDI and his WHOLE TEAM!!

This garage is my go-to whenever I have any issues with my car, Edi is always super friendly and honest with prices. Not only this but they are also always super quick fixing my car here. I have recommended this garage to my family and friends. I also have never had any issues here whether it's a small fix or a bigger project. 10/10 I would recommend this over any other auto repair shop.

5+ stars! My car broke down and was towed to Mikes Auto Repair early Monday morning. Edi was fabulous and called me within a few hours to explain exactly what was needed and the cost. The repairs were done by the next afternoon and my 2012 Fiat 500 drives better than ever. I will definitely return for any repair or services.

As a woman it’s hard to be taken seriously in car repair shops so ladies this ain’t it. Was extremely uncomfortable around Eli the manager especially when he made me wait after hours to pick up the car and no one else was there just him. Did a “drive test” and the car was NOT FIXED. BEWARE! Go somewhere else. Don’t be fooled by the small prices. I give this place 5 red flags. ?????
