I rented a car here on July 20, 2024 12:00 p.m. because the body shop refered me to them and was charged $695 for a week and with deposit by a guy named Carlos.
The next week on July 27,2024
I called and extended the car rental for another week and they charged me using the remaining balance from $695.
After another week on August 3, 2024 I had called them again to extend the rental for another week and they said they were gonna charge me $277 till august 10
August 10, 2024 I checked my bank account and they were charging me $113 before I even made a call to extend it for another week so I made a call. I spoke to someone who claimed that his name was Mathew and according to him I was charged $113 to extend it till monday (august 12,2024) before I even made a call and extend it like he was making a decision for me.
I told him I wanted to extend it till next saturday(August 17,2024) he then charged me $395.53 to have a car till (August 17,2024) which is more than $100 more than they usually charge me every week plus they didn't charge me the day during the date that I made the calls but instead it shows on my bank statement that they charged me on August 4,2024. All three transactions instead. I will update my rating as we go.
August 17,2024: I extended my rental till August 24,2024 and I was charged $395.54 by a guy named Harry.
August 24,2024: I extended my rental till August 31,2024, I was charged $395.54 by a guy named Harry.
August 31, 2024: I extended my rental till September 07,2024, I was charged $395.54 by a guy named Harry.

The experience was just fantastic… brand new cars in tip top shape.! Customer service was above and beyond with to and from service to the rental location.!! Matthew Ogborn is the man on the scene.. great guy supper profecional and on point!! Thank you Midway Car rental North Hollywood!!

Manager Matthew displays excellent Customer service skills. He ensures That the midway Customers are fully satisfied .We saw his optimal managerial skills activated when issues arise . This is when Mngr Matt stepped in to make provisions ,to ensure Customer Satisfaction. This MIDWAY has a great team all around .

I used Midway for a special trip and they were great Carlos and his coworker were awesome they close at 6 and my flight was a lil delayed so i didnt arrive until 6:24pm they were ready to go home but they held on longer to help me out and i was still able to get my rental. 10 outta 10 recommend

I was given an old car which ended up leaking oil on my driveway. They offered 1 day rental free (I negotiated 2 ). Some staff is great some are pretty rude (Eddie). 2nd car as replacement was given to me w empty tank of gas and unwashed. Trash

Harout the Branch Manager and the entire Team at the Lankershim location were amazing as always and really took care of me with a long term rental while my car was repaired due to vandalism.
