I can not go lower but I would...and Evelyn should be fired for being a snake in the grass. A representative stayed on the line for me to come into the store, so I could get a free sim card due to the fact that I was held up at gunpoint and my vehicle was stolen with my phone in it. Evelyn told the rep that she would give me the free sim card and had the rep hang up and would not honor the agents offer

The store manager WITH GREEN HAIR is unhelpful and has a negative Demeanor Everytime I HAVE GONE INTO STORE ON LANKERSHIM. **however (Victoria) she's always helpful along with the other girls and always goes over and Beyond quite frankly my to my opinion Victoria should be the manager running store on Lankershim she's very good customer service she has a lots of patience with customers and she's very mature and polite she carries herself in a very mature. Not like the other manager with the green hair with tattoos all over her arms

I have to tell you, this is the first time where I feel like I have had a really positive and personal experience going into a T-Mobile store. Richard and Tona (I believe) we're exceptionally personal and kind. Even as the pandemic and protesting are going on, they both still made me feel special and valued. I had an issue with my phone not getting reception and without any hesitation they tested my phone and decided that it needed to be replaced(through insurance). I came in a few days later when the phone arrived to the store not sure what to expect from a customer service standpoint and I was amazed to see the same great customer service was continued. They made me feel very comfortable and connected to me personally. They got to know me as a person and made the process so easy and quick. Thank you for the great service. This is my store of choice and I encourage others to go in and experience the great customer service I experienced. Good job everyone!

My wife and I had a great experience switching plans and buying a new phone. Smooth process and Richard was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, employees seemed to value keeping the store pristine and clean, which was reassuring during these covid times.

I'd like to think I got a few good traits going for me. I'm not bad at math, am pretty good at writing, and can talk myself out of most any situation-- even when the women around me are enraged. But one area where I've always sucked? Applying screen protectors onto mobile tech. Every time I've tried to do it myself, the result ended up looking more mismatched than Paris Hilton with a Rubik's Cube. But that's where the folks at T-mobile saved my tail. I happened to get a screen-protector kit for my Galaxy S8 as a present a few days earlier. Knowing it'd be a bad idea to try to put it on myself, I stopped by T-mobile. That's where I met Noel. Guy with a terrific demeanor, and facial-scrub that'd make Matt Damon proud. ...And for North Hollywood that's saying something! Noel was actually a little nervous about being asked to apply the screen-protector. It was a bit of a unique screen-kit, compared to what he'd installed before. But despite that inkling of reluctance, he rolled-up his sleeves and dived right in. Which is the most that can ever be asked of a man, and what made him really stand out. And the end result did NOT disappoint! The screen protector looked perfectly and professionally installed. When I turned on the phone, there were ZERO dead spots as touch-interaction went. Nor were there any 'air pockets' which detracted from the visual appearance. My phone looks terrific, and now it's well protected. I give T-mobile on Lankershim, and especially Noel, my highest recommendation and thanks.

I lost my iphone and needed help on getting into my icloud and filing a claim since i initially got my phone from this location and had insurance. i was met with complete indifference from the store associate who told me she could offer absolutely no help in locating my phone or the next step on what to do. I kept on insisting because I knew I was being treated poorly and really had needed help. I showed her my drivers license and she somewhat complied and told me what I needed to do. I guess based on my looks I may have appeared suspicious I don't know. The owner wouldn't even come out to help me. Feeling humiliated I went to another Tmobile location on Van Nuys Bl. not only did they help me but they attempted to get into my icloud account (something that the girl at the other store said they had no records of and could not access). he even tried to put a sim card into another phone so I could still receive my text. while waiting for my replacement. The experience was completely different. I don't know if was being discriminated or what but I wont be going back to that location. It's a shame because the owner was helpful at first when I was switching from metro to Tmobile.

A sales rep Richard was a major help my husband wanted an Apple Watch and spent and answered all our questions and was vEry helpful and to make it short we walked off with a Apple Watch series 5 all thanks to Richard for really taking the time on us.

Ive been having issues trying to change my screen protector, at other locations. I went in today at this location in North Hollywood, and was taken care of by Noel. He was extremely helpful and patient in looking up my information. He was able to change just a simple screen protector, and gave me tips on how to better prepare myself when entering orher T-Mobile locations. I was in and out in about 10 mins. Thanks Noel!!!

Picked up my refurbished phone. Customer service was great and prompt. The staff are helpful and the gentlemen helping me out was very thorough but fast! Kind of service I like, will be coming back for any other needs.

Going to a T Mobile store can be as tedious as a trip to the DMV but that is the complete and total opposite of my experiences at this wonderful store. All the staff was helpful to me but I'd like to single out salesman extraordinaire, Malachi. He may not have written a book in the Bible, but in my book, this guy is a regular King James (sorry basketball player for the Lakers) but when it comes to fixing my problems in the clutch and going out of his way to get me the best possible deals on a phone, Malachi is the real King! So if you need prompt polite and expert help with your T Mobile phone or device, then this is the place and Malachi is your man!

Terrific service! I needed help because I accidentally got sent the wrong device that I order and I got some of the service I've ever gotten anywhere from a guy named Richard. The situation was, apparently, unique and nobody at any T Mobile store had heard of the problem. So my man Richard got on the phone and dealt with the problem entirely himself even though I don't think he was a manager and talked technical support for about an hour while I dealt with other personal chores. After it was over, Richard insisted, because of the inconvenience to me not him, that I get credit on my account which he tfought for and got for me. I love T Mobile. I'll never leave.

Tried to set an appointment online. Got to submit and touched submit, got the jog wheel then stopped! Nothing else happened? Do i have a appointment??? Great way to show an inquiring New Customer!
