Straight scamming people. I came to get an upgrade for a phone, they said I couldn't do the upgrade coupon unless I went to the highest plan which was $75. Called customer service and they told me that $75 isn't even a plan, unless there's extras. And that the coupon is effective at the $40 plan. Scam artists for sure
