“This time I booked my appointment in advance and all went smoothly, short wait time as well as courteous rep. So, considering my last visit two weeks prior was terrible as a walk in with a 3 hour wait and having to leave w/o being tested and a somewhat rude employee not showing any concern for the wait time I'll say, BOOK IN ADVANCE!”
