The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the girl was so sweet and kind but the guy in there is extremely rude and arrogant. Zero professionalism zero customer service skills on his part. Judging from all the other bad reviews talking about him Its clear that he is a liability to this business and should be fired. if it wasn’t for the really kind girl this would absolutely be a one star review.

I’ve been going here for years whenever I need a Live Scan, copies of keys made, or a mailbox rental for the consistent, high-quality service. It’s a very polite, professional, and thoughtful staff with a genuinely local, small business vibe.

Don't come here. Came for notary services and they ended up charging my account multiple times. When I came to dispute they wouldn't honor their mistake.

These people are money hungry . Very condescending. You ask how much is something and they don't want to tell you. Very rude and stuck up. The son is a moron. I came to print out some resumes and lags it . Takes forever to do anything Wanted to charge me $5 for two copies of my resume. Which are (2 pages for 1) Never have I been to a mailbox and they charged more than .25 I went across the street and no ho print . & they were Angels. Charged me 2.45 for 15 copies.

This family owned business is amazing. Great one stop shop for everything you need. Serves as a renewal place for your passports, pic needs, notary services, and gift shop. The owners are so nice. The son/mom duo are amazing. My mom and I love coming here bc they are so kind and friendly.

Please read the other one or no-star horrible reviews here. The issues are the same. The owner's son (there most of the time) is very rude. I was there for over 6 years. He was very rude many, many times. But it is a pain in the butt to switch all your addresses, so I let it pass. THEN they started implementing penalties last year. The first one I didn't understand but paid for it. I argued my point but relented, THEN the second fee came a few weeks later! Here is what it was. I got a package. They texted me at 3 PM on a Monday, pls pick it up in 48 hrs, or u will be penalized each day. So, right then I knew I had to get the package by Wednesday before 3 PM. I arrived at 11 AM on Wednesday to get it. At that point, the son said "You owe $1 for a late fee." I said it hasn't been two days (48 hours after the mssg) He says the day the package came in counts as one day, and the next day counts as two. I then showed him the mssg and told him THAT is not HOW time works. Two days (48 hrs) after the text from you, I should have no fee. He seemed confused and rude, but relented. I left to run errands and get a mssg from him an hour later, NO I am wrong. We are charging you the fee. I came back to tell him NO WAY. I said if this is the service you provide after 6 plus years here, I want out. At that point, his mother (Angie) arrived and got into it. I showed her the text that said to pick up pkg in two days, and I was there in less than 48 hours. She agreed and did not fine me. But the son said well if you what to leave go ahead and leave. We are closing your box. I said WHAT??? We just resolved it. He said NO, you are closed out. Horrible service and person. Funny thing is, I called my friend who recommend the place to tell the story and to close his box. He said the son was so rude two years before (So much so there was almost a fight) that he closed his box that day. He doesn't give a crap about your business or mail there. Makes you feel like they are doing you a great service, and you should be lucky to be there. So over a $1 (fraudulent) penalty, they closed my box. They lost a long-term customer and could care less. I had complained in the past about the previous fee and they were happy to close me out. I found a better vendor up the street, with no penalties and so much nicer. Please look elsewhere. You'll be better off in the long term.

Lovely lovely staff. Helped pack everything with care and was clear about prices. Was super patient despite me being awkward and quiet, and it being the holidays/the busiest time of year for them. Staff knew everyone coming in to get their po box packages by name. Just a really kind and caring experience. Thanks again and happy holidays. :)

Great place for all your shipping needs!!! Passport photos, key cutting service, and a P.O. Boxes around $50 for 3-months (Depending on the size the price may vary).They do have a two day pick up grace period for packages, then it's an additional $1 a day I think. Unless you make other arrangements.Overall Great little spot in a nice little shopping center with everything from a Boba tea shop, a pet store, a Day Care Center, A $ub $hop, and other food spots. Also a Dentist office. Right next to a Starbucks and Many other store's, businesses including H&R Block and a CVS. Many good Original Burger Joints, Original Family owned Italian and A Fish N' Chips $pot!!!Then don forget about the Comedy club in the area and other bar's and night life close by!!!

LATE FEE??? I've had this P.O. Box for over two years now and they just started implementing a rule of a maditory package pick up of two day maximum before a late fee is charged. I travel for work and sometimes I don't get off work until late in the evening. This is a MAJOR inconvenience!!! I may need to do an address change because I pay more in late fees than the p.o. Box is EVEN WORTH!!!

Very helpful with notary services, very friendly and professional, and not crowded. They will be my go-to notary service from now on!Back again after a week, distractedly chatting and laughing with witnesses and hubby as David notarized numerous documents. He never missed a beat and joked along with us. GREAT service!!Thank you!!
