My first pole studio and a place I feel at home. Every class is a journey, whether it be conditioning or choreo or tricks. Just give a special shout-out to my soul sister! Adriana was my first pole teacher and every class with her continues to be a JOY. Her attitude is unmatched, like a ray of sunshine. Her classes continue to be challenging, but accessible and fun. She makes everyone feel like a star. ? Grateful to be learning from her and all the amazing instructors at Luscious Maven!

Luscious Maven is my happy place! I love the community here. I've ran marathons, lifted kettlebells, done pilates but nothing has kicked my a** the way pole dancing has. It's been crazy how much my perception of pole has changed since I started my pole journey (a year and 8 months, time flies!). I'm always amazed at how much musicality, artistic interpretation can vary between individuals and how much athleticism is required to do all those magical aerial tricks. If you want to level up as a human being, you need to go to pole class! I've been going regularly to Alicia's Monday and Erika's Saturday level 2/3 classes. Alicia and Erika are both so inspiring, kind, and believe in everyone 100%. I love all the pole milestones and memories I've made with them in their classes over the past year. They're such amazing teachers!!! I hope I can level up one day to keep up in Teresa's spin level 3 class. Teresa is one of the sweetest individuals you will ever meet. I'm so grateful for my pole sisters and the level of support and community in the classes. All the students are so welcoming and kind and we all want to push ourselves and each others to be the best that we can be! I also have to commend Heather, the studio owner even though I've yet to say hello to her in person. It's extremely tough running a dance or fitness studio in Los Angeles due to the high competition. However, Heather has thrived at running a woman-owned business and it's amazing that this studio has been around for so long. I think it's a testament to the studio culture when you have teachers that are teaching at the studio, who STARTED pole by learning at LM. That level of longevity and commitment is so rare and it's beautiful to see. Go try out the beginners class with Adriana on Saturdays, her enthusiasm is infectious! Go to their amazing Halloween show at the Federal. If you've even had a passing thought about trying pole and whether you can do it, go to LM! You can and you will surprise yourself and we will be there to support you every step of the way!

Excellent and safe place to practice pole. Clean, private, and cool with the ac on. The safety mats were a nice welcome for those who go for those high drops like me.

It really doesn't get any better than Luscious Maven!!!The instructors are fantastic, and the studio is spacious and clean. The vibe is always fun and motivating, and the instructors are all wonderful dancers, and more importantly, fantastic teachers. They have classes for all levels and all different styles; from tricks, to choreography and floor work. They also have classes for very first time pole dancers which is awesome. Wherever you are in your pole journey, there is a place for you at luscious maven!

Luscious Maven is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I took my first class back in March of 2022 where I struggled to do any basic spins or poses. Even though I felt defeated the support I received from the instructors and other students was amazing. I soon fell in love with everything luscious maven had to offer and slowly gained more and more confidence. Im very upset that I will be moving and no longer able to attend classes 3 times a week as part of my therapy and celebrate with everyone unlocking a new skill

Kind, accommodating, friendly staff. I had an issue getting classes scheduled and when I called, I was helped by an understanding staff member over the phone.The studio itself is lovely and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. The ladies who teach are excited and warm. Parking is good if you just go down the street to the non - metered spots.I'd recommend this studio to anyone!

I had a wonderful first experience at this studio this weekend, and would definitely recommend. I've been to 4 different pole studios between NYC and LA and this experience stood out in a good way. I was walking down the street looking for the entrance, and the receptionist anticipated that I might be a bit lost and was outside the door waiting to greet me! Once in the studio, there is a very nice atmosphere and the instructor was super encouraging and energetic. I usually don't write reviews, especially after only one visit, but it's unusual to have such a perfect experience these days so I felt compelled to share =)

Absolutely love this studio! The staff are all knowledgeable and welcoming to all levels and body types. They keep the space clean and in good condition. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout. Just know parking is a hassle and you have to book out way in advance because it’s so popular.
