I was going to reserve a date to book my Nieces sweet 16 called spoke to a lady she was very rude now that I’m looking at the reviews I will definitely not be booking anything as well you shouldn’t be taking advantage of people especially when they’re working hard to save the money to book a event for their kids I totally recommend Lupitas Banquet Hall

we had such a bad experience with these people at this hall my sister booked For next year for a 15. And was told that if she needed to cancel all she needed to do is let them know and they will refund her the money Now my sister has an emergency and she needs her money back and she is been calling The hall so many times and this lady by the name of Patricia keeps telling her that the owner is not there that he’s been on vacations for the last three weeks or so and that she doesn’t know even know her bosses last name or his phone number obviously this person does not want to return the money to my sister so now what we need to what we are going to have to do is report these business to the business bureau to see if they could help us To get the money back. They make so friendly when you book and even tell you don’t worry if you need to cancel all you need to do is call us worries free.Don’t fall for it this people are Professional thiefPlease report them to the Business bureau of California and let them know what these people are doing to their customers.Thank you,
