I go online and schedule an appointment for today Sunday drive up here and they’re closed even though online, on the literal door of their building and on their website they should be open til 6pm. Call their number and it says it’s “after hours”. I heard music coming from inside tried to knock no one opened. Why even have appointments available online? Why did I put my credit card down and drive all this way? First and only time trying to visit this place, a shame. Update your business hours! If you’re closed for holiday post it on the door!? Close appointment submissions online for those dates? Any effort at all is appreciated…

Best nail salon in all of LA. All the nail techs are amazing and knowledgeable not to mention very sweet. They don’t rush and take their time to make sure you are happy with your nails. Thank you for always making my nails look beautiful!

I really enjoyed my nail technician Mindy. Really sweet but I felt she was rushing to tried to finish within my service time. I go to Laque because they are the only ones that I know that have the glow in the dark powder. Mindy and I noticed that the Brilliant Blue powder that I chose wouldn't dry, which caused her to keep putting my hands in the uv light and kept extending the time to make them dry faster. After several attempts and then having her boss rush her to finish because she had a client waiting, she ended up just putting the top coat and having them dry and she was done.Throughout the day, I noticed a white steak across the middle of my nails and bubbling. I found it odd as this has never happened before. At the end of the night, right as I'm about to jump in the shower, one of my nails bends in half. I start checking my other nails, and sure enough they start to bend as well. My thumb has bubbles and when I poke at it, it feels mushy. For $90 and $20 tip that I paid and driving from Rancho Cucamonga, very disappointed in the quality. This is not the Laque I'm used to going and probably won't be going again ?.

The quality of service at Laque Nail Bar is impeccable and incomparable. Not only is the location fabulous but also the professional care that the technicians take on my nails. I will never be able to go another nail salon again. I love it here!

The woman who works the front desk and answers the phone is a greedy heartless relentless person. I got into a serious car accident on my way to my appointment and had the consideration to call and cancel my appointment ahead of time instead of no showing and she said she was still going to charge me $30 for canceling within 48 hours. I even told her I’d send the police report as proof and she could care less.No other nail salon charges for an emergency cancellation. Absolutely down right absurd

The worst salon ever and the management is even worse. Do not go. I only do Japanese hard gel but since i wanted my nails long, went for a basic acrylic set. Overpriced and wildly rude and a horrifying job. No concept of customer service. They messed my nails up so bad and took no accountability for their wrongs. I definitely would strongly suggest never going here and wasting your money. I normally pay $250 a set but it’s quality, not garbage.The aggression in their reply is completely representative of how they do business. Subpar and overpriced quit any skills of taking care of the people that feed their mouths.

I came in trying to make an appointment mani/pedí.. Everyone looked at me up and down like I couldn’t afford it.. Little do they know I’m a licensed registered nurse practitioner and work damn well hard for what i have ! so sorry i didn’t hold up to your expectations in my tshirts, leggings. and flip flops… and that was already a no for me… the receptionist was rude and wasn’t welcoming at all…. then i’m reading the reviews and see that the owner tries to justify her reasoning with the clients… So that’s a already a given. rude disgusting attitude doesn’t lead u anywhere, just take your business somewhere else…

I love this nail bar. I have been going since they were open in Beverly Hills along time ago. The owner is a sweetheart are used to regularly go to a different girl and I just recently started coming back to this location and I started seeing Mindy and she is just the funniest and sweetest human being I have ever met and it makes you feel like it’s just you and your girlfriend getting your nails done Not to mention the service. My acrylic nails lasted five weeks and to be honest with you. I probably could have gone eight weeks until I got a fill her work is impeccable and she has amazing hands for massaging. She always wants to make sure that you’re happy, and she remembers what you like which means the world to me , it’s just an experience like no other you can go to other places and they won’t even remember your name much less about you having somebody that is kind and caring and that you can just chitchat with while you’re enjoying your service and at some point, I almost fall asleep, and she lets me relax and do my thing if I could recommend anyone more, it would be her she’s a gem. I got a service done by Karmina and her hands are magic like quite literally magic. I fell asleep during my service I got a dirty pedicure. And she was massaging me in between, and I proceeded to pass out because I was so relaxed. The service was lovely, but she really made sure I felt pampered. I also wanted a specific nail color and she ran around the salon with Mindy to find the shade that I wanted, and did not stop until I found something that I liked. So if you’re looking for an experience, if you’re looking to feel pampered, if you’re looking to take that one or two days out of the month to just immerse yourself in luxury and ambience, I love the salon I recommend it to anybody that I know and these are the people that I recommendServices: Manicure

I am very disappointed in having to write this review but it was a long time coming. I have been a Laque client for the last 5 years and over time I have noticed the customer service and quality of work has just gotten worse and worse. Yesterday was the final straw for me.I had originally booked a fill with nail art but called in during the week and had to change it to a full set with nail art as all my nails had popped off before my appointment (which was fine cuz they were old). No problem, she changed it.My nail tech was a very sweet woman and I enjoyed chatting with her very much. The part that turned the entire experience sour was when the owner Marina came back and told me I had to book a different appointment or more time because the nail art I chose was two different types of nail art. This really upset me because it wasn’t the first time they’ve done this to me. (The last time was with a tech who was taking a very long time to do my nails and apparently that was my fault because I didn’t book all the right appointments. The front desk girl at the time was extremely rude and disrespectful. The nail tech also didn’t do the design I wanted and I had to opt for a basic polish.)First off, I am not an employee of Laque so I have no idea what needs to be booked. I’m not a nail technician and I don’t know what your definitions of “nail art” is because apparently it changes each time I’ve been there as of late. I have called before in the past to make appointments but ever since they switched to an online system I was told I have to do it online, they can then change the appointment if needed.What really irked me yesterday was that the owner came to the back (after an employee already came back to tell her of her next client) and was upset with my nail tech and me (again, bad customer service) which caused my nail tech to be visibly worried and hurried and totally ruined my nails. She was new to the place so I understand she was scared of her employer but in the end it backfired because she hurried and did a poor job.I have posted the pic of the nails I wanted and what I got. Tell me, do these look like $170 nails to you ($140 for the products and service, and 20% tip)? Cuz they sure as hell don’t look it to me. The nails and polish are so bumpy, and the chrome didn’t go on thoroughly so you can see the black polish through it and some spots are even missing chrome entirely.For being such a long time client the gaslighting, carelessness and disrespect is very hurtful. I am hoping they can fix and rectify this situation.Update to your response, Marina: I was there for only 2.5 hrs. My appt was at 10am, I was there on time, was seated within 5min and I left at 12:37pm as the timestamp shows on my receipt. If you have trouble with scheduling your customers that is not my problem. I don’t appreciate being accused of things that didn’t happen and that don’t even concern me. By your response you are clearly not a person or business I want to continue supporting. Always 5 stars. Chill and the best mani/pedi's ever. They handle all kind of services. The customer service, the atmosphere, and kids are not allowed unless they are receiving services. This is a major plus in my book because I am able to relax my mind completely.

Love this place! I'm in the LA area a lot for work and this is my favorite salon to frequent. The interior of the salon is absolutely gorgeous. They have a beautiful chandelier, always have bottles of water available, and everything is super clean. Really happy with this nail set I got done here. It lasted me wayyy longer than my usual salon. Wonderful customer service too. The girl at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. Look forward to returning.
