Manager, Ana Guardado Was absolutely fantastastic!! I was referred to her by a colleague, and her guidance and assistance couldn't have been more important to the success of our renovation!! Lamps plus has a great selection and excellent prices!.
I cannot recommend visiting Lamsplus enough, espexially their North Hollywood Store, and and requesting Ana’s assistance, or the assistance of any of their other knowledgable and helpsul sales Associates!!

I was in the store shopping. I found three items I liked. Told one of the salespeople that I would like to buy the items. She is happy to help. But when she asked the guy who works there to get the items. He was like it bothered him. Saying if it is not too heavy. He was making me uncomfortable with the transaction. All this was happening while I stood there. He had no problem showing me that he wasn't happy getting the items ready. So l will never be buying another item from this company. If they don't appreciate my business and allow this type of behavior. So, future customers be prepared when purchasing items. If you come in to buy at the wrong time of day, you may get the same treatment.

This is our second experience here at this Lamps Plus location and I just had to finally leave a review. Everyone on staff today was so unbelievably friendly and helpful. Ana helped answer all of our questions, she was so attentive and kind - and she helped us find two new lamps that we are SOOOO excited about. Ana Guardado… you’re a God sent! I live in Bakersfield and my mom lives in North Hills. She told me about how much she loves Lamps Plus. After years of putting off fixing up my house, we finally found the help we needed. My mom immediately hit it off with Ana. Ana was patient and watched a video I had sent of my house. She helped us hand pick all our lighting and ceiling fixtures and mirrors for three bathrooms and a bedroom! I’m so grateful for her impeccable taste and attention to detail. Can’t wait to upload the photos and show off the rooms. Thank you Ana!
