They are always lying that the ice plunge is working, but it's not. They lie that the shower room is covered, but it's not - it's dirty and a good place to lose your money.
Canceled my membership cuz of no ice plunge anymore

Not very clean, they almost always run out of paper towels and hand sanitizer. Their best equipment is located in the trainers only section. Machines break and take weeks to get fixed. On hot days the AC doesn't seem to keep the building as cold it should.

Most of the time when I go there is enough spots open on the floor for me to complete my workout. I appreciate the track, even though it's not entirely flat. I would appreciate more sections designated for just soft mats and even adding more benches. The dumbbells are never ever in their correct location, and I'll have to scramble to look for my preferred weights. The front desk staff are always friendly and the amount of refillable water bottle stations/fountains are nice.

Decent selection of equipment, amenities, and workout classes. The condition of this LA Fitness is a little run down tbh but nothing bad enough to really deter you from going on a day to day basis. The staff is really friendly as well.

I only give it a one some of the members like stealing from lockers hint ( buy a good lock ) other than that staff is cool just some people have the nerve... I only found out that someone went through my locker because another member came up to me said get a new lock and he went to my lock before I can put my combo in and he opened it just by pulling down hard he said that's how they got in and they only took a little bit of weed but just keep a good lock on you and you should be straight I just don't go here anymore because the cold plunge has been down for a long time

Upon entering the gym I was told that Aldo Perez was going to activate my 2 week gym membership that I got at the Sepulveda LA Fitness. I told him that I am good at feeling people's energy and that nobody at the other gym had been as sincere as he was in explaining the new deal that is going on now. At the Sepulveda gym I felt like people just wanted to meet quotas, but not Aldo. Thank you for employing him.

Let me start with the pluses: great facility, location, and parking. Lots of equipment on both levels, and the front desk attendants are always friendly and greet you with a smile. Carla is the best! Not too crazy about the guys at the desk, who barely look you in the eye when you ask them a question. Now the negatives: the men's showers are a disaster area! 3/4 of the shower heads are broken and only trickle out water, and THEY REFUSE to get shower curtains!! I asked why and they said people are tearing them down? I find that very hard to believe. You have no privacy and it's very awkward showering without curtains! And the dry sauna is a petri dish of germs and aromas!! And this is no fault of the poor folks managing this facility, as most guys enter after a sweaty workout and refuse to shower beforehand. Signs are posted asking guys not to shave in there, but to no avail. I stopped going in the sauna years ago and, especially, when the pandemic hit.

This normally is my gym when I come back home to the valley. Had some issues with my bank this trip and the employees were very considerate and understanding. Carlos Melendez helped me solve the billing issue and even gave me a week pass until my bank information was sorted out. Excellent customer service!
