First class shop, all the way. I delt with Simon and he was fantastic. Kept me informed and followed thru with everything. We were dealing with Allstate and Simon must have emailed , called and used all means necessary to contact them 50 times. 4 months of needless struggles. 4 different reps as they kept dropping out of the picture. Simon coordinated with enterprise to pick me up at there shop then allowed me to drop it off there when I picked up our car. The car looks like new. Such amazing beautiful work!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with LA Collision Centers, a Mercedes Manufacturer Certified shop in Sun Valley, CA, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was referred to them by Keys Mercedes in Van Nuys after a previous unknown body shop made subpar repairs on my car before I purchased it. The paint was chipping, and there was so much bondo that the paint had waves in it. It's always more expensive and difficult to undo a previous repair, but Levon, the owner at LA Collision Centers, personally ensured my car came out perfect.
Throughout the repair process, Levon communicated with me every step of the way, providing updates and reassurance. When all the repairs were completed, they detailed my car and added ceramic coat protection at no charge. They truly went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations in every way.
If you're looking for top-quality repairs and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend LA Collision Centers in Sun Valley, CA. They truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Thank you, Levon and team, for making my car look brand new again.

My Expedition has been at LA Collision twice in the last couple of
months. First time was for Insurance work and the second time was for elective work on my 10 years old vehicles roof which I paid for. In both cases the work was excellent and the staff was wonderful. They kept me posted on the progress and most recently I was asked how old my Expedition was and when I
said 10 years old they could not believe it. I highly recommend

I am very happy with my experience at LA Collision Centers! Dealing with Jared was easy and he took a lot of the stress of having an accident and dealing with insurance off of me. I was involved in an accident affecting the front passenger side of my car. I was referred by Keys Mercedes to take my car here, as they are a Mercedes Certified body shop.
