Make sure you help help from Lili! My wife and I recently did a refinance on our home. Lili made the process as easy as possible. Everything was done online, which made us feel extremely comfortable during this crazy pandemic. Lili was efficient every step of the way. She found us the best rates possible and empowered us with knowledge and options for our refinance. She was in constant contact with us on paperwork, updates on our loan, what we had to sign, and explained what was the importance of every piece. Thanks to her we are saving over hundreds of dollars month and will be able to cancel our mortgage insurance, in our new mortgage.
