My second wreck in LA traffic and WRC never disappoints. The care that they take with you after something as stressful as an accident is amazing. With the detail that they are careful to take, this is the only place I’m comfortable bringing my Mercedes. I appreciate you guys so much.

Cannot recommend WRC's services enough!! Customer service is top notch, the results speak for themselves, and you can really tell they care for their customers. I brought my Hyundai Sonata there after suffering a hit and run collision and they did such a good job on the repairs that the car looks even better than it did before the accident. I know where I'll be taking my car in the future should anything arise. Ask for Rudy, he'll take care of you. Thanks for everything WRC!!!

Customer service and repairs were excellent from start to finish. Rudy was particularly professional and thorough at every step, keeping me well informed of any changes along the way. Tesla 2020 Got into an unfortunate swipe in LA's rainy traffic. I was panicking and reached out to a few body shops including WRC on a Saturday. Naturally, most body shops turned me away and told me to come back next week or bring it in for a quote the following week. WRC, Rudy, responded on a Sunday morning with genuine concern and asked me to call when I could. I did and showed him the pictures, he was nothing but nice and helpful, and offered to have me drop the car off in the same day. And I did! He quoted me a price before I came in, and while I was on my way over, he had called a few vendors to find the Tesla piece I needed - even Tesla said they wouldn't have the piece for another 2 months. Rudy texted me updates about the car throughout the week, and the car was ready for pick up in the same week on a Friday. Rudy is truly the best for restorations, alterations, and fixes! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

I wish I could leave 10 stars for WRC. Rudy and the rest of the staff are some of the most friendly and caring people EVER! They were extremely kind, thoughtful, and careful when helping me with my car. I never usually leave reviews but these folks are TOP TIER. They will treat you with the utmost respect, not screw you over with hidden rates/ fees, they'll work with your timeline, and most importantly, they'll make your car look BRAND NEW. I adore the entire staff and their dedication and work. I wish every business could function as efficiently and transparently as they do. They actually care so much about their clients and make sure you feel safe. They literally helped me get a rental car for three days while my car was in repair and had it done ahead of schedule. Their office is super nice and clean, and they're situated in such a central area especially for Noho residents. Don't look anywhere else to get your car fixed. These are the guys and I can't emphasize how grateful I am that I found them. I'll never go to another repair shop again.Services: Tires

My car was hit from behind and the back window was completely shattered, the back windshield wiper was broken, and the trunk was both cracked and dented. Rudy at WRC Collision was fantastic. He made sure my car was taken care of and walked me through what they were doing to fix my car. He had his team detail the inside of the car as well since there was glass everywhere from the accident. I highly recommend working with WRC. Their communication and service is fantastic!

My car had been scratched and hit from the side by another car on the freeway. I took my car to WRC Collision and they took care of me COMPLETELY!! They saved me a lot stressed and headache dealing with the insurance and got me a rental meanwhile they fixed my car. I was very happy with the end result because my car looked completely brand new again after they detailed my and everything. I would definitely recommend to come here if you ever get into a collision and need to get your car repaired.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but WRC. Extremely fast service and super friendly. My car got side swiped and side mirror broke. WRC was able to get the part the next day and installed it within an hr. Thank you so much for you help.

I had my first time ever accident in driving for over 40 years. A co-worker referred me to Rudy at WRC Collision. He was so great! He handled being on the phone with the insurance company and took the necessary screen shots of the damage. Not only did he repair the damage, but fixed and repainted some other scratches I had on my car. Rudy is very polite and friendly. I would recommend WRC to anyone that needs auto body work.Service: Body & Trim

Couldn't give a better review!! Friendly, great work, and went above and beyond. I had my catalytic converter stolen, and they were able to get the part in and replace it in a timely manner, and threw in a paint job on some scratches on the front of my car, just because!
