The new owners are amazing. She makes sure I have all my medications and I have never been with out any of my medications. One of them is always a shortage and I have never been with out out she always always makes sure I have it before my next refill. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Amazing staff nice and clean office.Definitely recommend 10/10.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for many years. Ira has recently sold the pharmacy. He will be very missed and I wish him nothing but the best in his retirement. Priscilla has been the best and I was very happy to see she is still there working with the new owner. So far they weren’t able to find one of my prescriptions in the system but I’m confident it will be resolved soon. Every change of ownership will have some kinks to work out. I’m patient. Also, I love what the owner has done with the rehab of the office. Very nice!

Ira sold the pharmacy. The new owners are awful, rude and useless. My doc called in my Rx as per the usual. I call the pharmacy after I get off work, as per the usual, so I can get my monthly refillthe useless woman who answered the phone nonchalantly tells me they don't have my medication. I ask if they will have it over the next few days she says maybe in a month! I ask if they can transfer my Rx to another pharmacy and she says no. It's Friday, 12/29, 5PM. My doc's office is closed and most local mom & pop pharmacies are closing soon, especially given its the weekend before New Years.Luckily, my relationship with my doc is like the one I had with Ira so she takes care of me at 6PM on a holiday weekend and calls Rite Aid for me. Ira would have never left me in a situation like this. Even during the covid supply nigmare he made sure I didn't go a day without my medicine. These new owners are terrible people and disgrace to their profession. Avoid this place if you don't want to be in a bad situation and invest in a better pharmacy that cares about their patients! I warned you all.

Ira sold the pharmacy. The new owners are absolutely careless. They are going to lose all their customers the way they lost me today. Not only did they fail to call me to tell me that they don't have my medication, when the doc called the Rx in, but they did so on the Friday before the New Year's holiday weekend, at 5PM, with an attitude to boost. I asked if they can transfer my Rx to another phamacy, since now my doc's office is closed (along with most mom & pop pharmacies) and the response was "no". I asked when will you get my meds she said "maybe we can order it next month sometime". Ive gone to Ira for a decade. He always made sure i had my meds, even during the supply problems during covid. These women there are useless. Find a place that cares for you as a patent so you don't end up without your medicine for a week or more, like me.

Staff provided genuine and helpful advise. Over the counter product selections were limited but convenient location made up for it.

I am a retired pharmacist. I was very fortunate to do my first pharmacy internship under Ira at Key Pharmacy. Ira is the most ethical person I have ever met. His customers are not just customers. They are his patients. He keeps his prices as low as possible for his patients. He always goes the extra step to confer with the doctor if there's any problem with the prescription or if a drug interaction is possible. Throughout my career, whenever I was faced with a difficult ethical decision, I'd ask myself... "What would Ira do?".

Support your small businesses! Ira runs this local pharmacy in the Studio City/ Valley Village area. He and his staff provide excellent customer service every time. You won’t get that at the larger pharmacy chains. Thank you Ira and Priscilla!!

Ira and staff are unmatched! He has been my pharmacist for over 20 years. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and kind. Ira is type of pharmacist that they don’t make anymore. He truly gives one hundred percent care to his patients and the level of care is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. I feel very blessed to have been able to benefit from his help and knowledge for this long!
